Not being a driver myself but the passenger from hell, I thought that once the key was turned to on it couldn't be pulled out until turned back to off. I'm probably wrong. A car in first gear pushed by a few larrikins may have got up some of the rocks to a balancing position then given a push over.

Yes it was a bit spine chilling I talked about it on Gary Hughes blog and got accused by one of the trolls of accusing Dave Warner of being the killer. I was hoping to stir up sales of the book for him.

They were given on the understanding that they would not be used for any other case. So if Mr Plod came knocking on the door to arrest you saying they had found your DNA at a crime scene and you had never been charged for any other crime (where they had taken a DNA sample) they would be in big...

I don't believe the full story is out yet and what about the 13 people were they all making up the sightings or was their description wrong. I would imagine they rang in because the description fitted what they saw or what they thought they saw. The delay in releasing that CCTV is criminal was...

You may have seen a memorial farewell for a person who had a lot to do with surfing, swimming etc. There was a group in the Trigg area, a few years ago now who met on the beach with their upside down crosses on a chain. They all attended a particular psychologist who got them involved. When you...

The Michelle part is very similar to what I have been told. I think that apart from the tragedy of CG a big mistake was made by unwittingly picking up the daughter of someone with contacts and connections, and for those that like to take note a different socioeconomic strata.

He didn't seem to be an imbibing pub crawler so much as a pub (venue) creeper. The crawler is often remembered for being noisy, jocular or garrulous. The creeper blends in and doesn't give cause to be remembered.

Hadn't thought of that. My immediate notion was that sprayed on undercoating seal that was popular around that time had detached itself.

Once the police had the DNA through the familial DNA connection and brainstormed the possible suspects in the family they would have checked current and previous vehicles owned and back tracked who they were sold to. Quickly done by logging on to vehicle licencing records.
