Yes, as far as I know there were 2 depos for LB.
According to the docket , filed today, they are listed.
I don't quite follow why they are listed like this today.

That's a good question. I believe the order stated JB had 5 days from the date of the order to contest the amount of the sanctions. Didn't the defense file this motion on the 5th day? So I'm not sure if he is defying the court order if he doesn't pay by end of day tomorrow.
I thought that at the hearing before last CM asked that the judge make the ruling on the motion filed back in 2009. So I don't think there will be another motion filed for this.
