This is just my opinion. They needed to state these reasons as a justification for why they didn’t label this case as missing/endangered from the get go.
There are many missing children’s cases of children who just vanish, with no descriptions of possible abductors, that are considered...
In TS latest interview, she mentioned that AS had called her and asked her about a sock, and bloody 2x4 found abandoned somewhere. He also asked about a saucer sized blood stain found in GS bedroom floor.
This 100%. Just look at the Thomas Valva case. On top of the obvious neglect and physical abuse, dad and stepmom were emotionally abusing them and brainwashing them against their mother. Parental alienation was real in that case.
Unfortunately, personality disorders like NPD are not taken...
yhe article I posted was a correction in the timeline OP was suggesting in when LE changed this case from runaway to missing /endangered. The purpose of the post was to put the correct timeline of events as stated by LE.
GS was an 11yo boy, with no survival skills, no money, no belongings taken and no cell phone. LE should not have take TS word for it. In fact there are a plethora of missing children’s cases that are proof enough that a good percentage of the time, Parents and stepparents are the first on the...
I don’t think so. The family very likely has very little details of LE’s case. They were most likely given a broad explanation of their own reasons for the arrest and determination that GS is likely gone. LE has a case to protect and unfortunately that means even from victims families.
Even tho PD is free, TS is now her client, and her goal will be to get her off.
edit to add- even tho she has a PD now, don’t be surprised if she soon has a higher profile attorney in future proceedings and trials.
That article is in reference to a tip the news outlet received.
This article is a statement LE gave of the timeline of what happened in the first week.

I think it’s a good sign that they are allowing expanded media. CO is notorious for wanting closed court. This decision is possibly setting a precedent for the future hearings and possible eventual trial in this case.
I will forwarn everyone however, (and I know many are already aware, but...

this is a good theory. I just think with the video TS released, I lean more towards GS made whatever mistake kids make, and she lost it on him.
however, I am wondering if this video was even from that night or if it is a previous recording from another incident. I get this feeling that TS...
I agree. She went to the trouble of trying to explain away the board. There has to be a reason for that. It’s a bloody board, logical conclusion it must’ve been used. At first I questioned if the board would’ve been used, but hard to come up with a reason why not, considering it had blood on...
