Just for reference on this, it is not that rare to die from asthma in Ireland. There is a very high rate of asthma in Ireland -fourth highest in the world. There is one death per week from asthma in Ireland (total pop. less than 3.8million). In addition, pregnancy and post-partum hormones can...
These are the three pieces of evidence they talk about:

M declined to testify, hence no testimony. SC was a minor living abroad in another jurisdiction and thus could not bear compelled to testify. The...
Does anyone remember at the time that the voice message from JC Jr was received by MM she said it was a cruel prank? I seem to have some recollection of this for some reason but it is a bit vague and I can't recall the source. Will have a proper look for it later -does anyone else have a...
I think basically the kids said it on the suspected-coerced tape that was disallowed- they could have still had the explanation, but M would have had to take the stand to explain it herself.
JC Jr statement in the immediate aftermath of the crime sounds extremely coached. What 10-year old says 'he would physically and verbally hurt' as the initial answer to a question about what his father did when he was mad? Those are not the words of a child - that is almost pseudo- legalise.

Preview of the interview on 20/20. What a load of horrible nonsense.
That didn't take long at all! So happy for Jason's family and friends. Great job by the prosecution - really left the defence without a leg to stand on!
Yes, I just thought it was probably the defense as they are currently questioning according to his twitter feed (though he may have forgotten to mention that the prosecution are questioning again?).
If I recall correctly, didn't Jason's family in Ireland learn of his death in a very short phone call from Sharon Martens (I Think?) who told them there had been an accident and he had fallen down the stairs? Then they tried to organise a snap funeral before his family could object? Surely if...
This is probably because Irish media will report a crime, but then may not cover speculative details of cases yet to be adjudicated in Irish courts in case they prejudice the case. I'm not sure if this legality applies to court-cases outside of Ireland, but I suppose the same ethical argument...
My understanding is that she has a family law lawyer to deal with custody issues and a criminal defence lawyer to deal with the murder charge. She may also have someone to deal with the estate but I haven't seen anything about it. Is that generally handled separately in the US?
