Still not sure either way. That did swayme a bit more towards the guilty side, but there are still so many unanswered questions and inconsistencies that I could vote guilty if I was on the jury at this point in time. I don't believe the CPD did a thorough accurate job. And I could not...
I still find it odd that he supposedly killed NC, made numerous trips to dump sites, used a shop vac, cleaned the house, etc and his 2 and 4 year old children slept through it all. As you stated, a shop vac is VERY loud.
Yes - but in that "5 hours" her sure did a lot of cleaning, dumping of body, dumping of evidence, rigging the phones, cleaning the house, etc. Doesn't that seem quite a lot to do in 5 hours with 2 children around? I just don't buy it.
I don't think Mr. Duncan seemed very credible at all in court. Wondering if the defense will call him back? If so, I think he will be made to look very unreliable
The only thing I don't get with this theory is that if he did indeed kill her, it seems like he had it all planned with many details. I don't think he could have pulled it all off so well (in regards to killing her, dumping body, Teeter trips, cleaning car, directing phone calls and so on) on...
I do this all the time. Pretty much almost every night. I lay both girls in bed with me and log onto my laptop and / or blackberry. This is how I get caught up with work, news, web browsing, etc. Why does this seem to strange?
WOW - to all of those "BAD" husbands out there - keep tabs on your wife because if she ever goes missing for any reason, you are a goner. Off to jail you go - regardless of evidence or not.
No - if you read my posts a while back I saw I run ALWAYS with my dog (trust me - you wouldn't want to mess with me when I have him around) AND my cell phone. And - I NEVER said that run at odd hours. But, yes, even on major greenways at times I am the only runner / walker regardless of the...
I can only speak from what I personally saw. BC seemed to dote on those children A LOT more than NC did when I saw them at the pool, clubs, etc. He definitely did a lot of the hands on parenting. Again, that is from what I observed when I saw them (which was typically on the weekends)
So...
Yep - let's agree to disagree.
By the way - my idea of "sketchy" is the smelly, crazy looking, ill groomed man that follows way close behind me on my walks/ runs and constantly tries to talk to me about random nonsense and only backs off when my dog gets ready to attack him. Have seen him a...
Sounds like there were a lot of people out running / walking that particular morning. Even the eyewitness who said she was 100% sure she saw NC running that morning and passed by here in from of Lochmere Tennis and Swim Club. So, you are right. There was at least 1 other person out that...
I am glad to have you here. I 100% agree with you. I don't think BC was a good husband. I don't think NC was a good wife. I don't think they had a good marriage. BUt , I DO think he was a GOOD dad. And I DON'T think he killed NC
I run along Lochmere Drive from Cary Pkwy- down to Kildair, along Regency Lake, down Lily Atkins (very close to the area of Fielding Drive), behind the greenway off of Cary Pkwy. Yes. I have seen quite a few "sketchy" people. They are there. Depends on the time of day you run / walk. There...
He is quite a good actor. Because I saw them for years. And he always "acted" like he truly enjoyed being around his kids. Is it that odd to believe that he truly was a good father? What evidence points otherwise?
