The jury has Jodi pegged for the lying murderer she is. They didn't believe Doc Samuels, and they don't appear to believe ALV. Their work is almost done! Justice for Travis is coming soon...

Well, at least she finally admits that men can be abused and women can be perpetrators.

How can she sit there and use all of Travis' words against him, when she has absolutely no idea what transpired behind the scenes. Jodi was passive/aggressive with Travis. She'd do something nasty and he'd lash out, while she just sits there like, "what...who, me?" NOT FAIR

Oooh, the jury is asking about the episodes of Jodi kicking, hitting, slapping her mother and calling her sister stupid. ALV: She was young, angry. That's part of their history. She hasn't seen any evidence of physical violence as Jodi was an adult

Is it possible for the survivor to be the perpetrator? ALV: It's very possible for someone to lash back - violent resistance = lashing back. The jury knows that JODI WAS THE PERP.

ALV did not read Jodi's journals prior to her relationship with Travis. She read info from her family & prior relationships, so she felt that she had a pretty good picture of Jodi. She learned from reading Travis' blog, that he was motivational speaker, good at it, man who knew his scriptures...
