conceivable woman kill partner just to get away from abuse - yes but rare
victim and perpetrator? . . generally dv doesn't stay at that level . . .research says men and women violent with each other most cases men get more violent
no evidence of verbal confrontations you don't see JA trying to increase escalation . . she tries to calm escalation - element of fear in that relationship - I don't see fear or behaviors trying to adjust to the relationship - TA appears to be . .
in her prior two relationships . . . not violent aggressive or jealous

testimony has been based on what JA told you - she lied multiple times - how do you know you are not basing it on lie . . . everything she is saying is truthful
