Neal Gray has responded to the report on the Wilson’s solicitors website - I do not know how to link unfortunately.

I cannot understand how she has gone through the criminal justice system (including some sort of rehabilitation whilst in prison) and yet STILL is lying and protecting him. He’s in prison for years, in effect she could try to build her life as she does not need to see him etc. Why is she...

Ffs - this is what you get with the way our public services are run. No one picked up the cases... contributing to a little girls murder. I have no words...

Why are those two allowed to be there? How dare they be able to be privy to establishing how Ellie was failed. It actually makes me feel sick. It is clear neither of them are prepared to admit, even to themselves, what they have done. BB is beyond belief and she is is a disgrace. I think...

Hello all, Hope you are all well. Did anyone else think of Ellie this week? Three years since her death. Not long at all really.

And if there is a way of supporting Mr Grey that someone knows please can you share? The other sad thing about this case is Ellie's sibling. What will happen as she gets older and asks questions. Are her grandad, aunt and uncle in touch with her? Will JG be allowed to see her upon her release...

I feel the same Looroll. Part of of what I feel is sadness for Mr Grey. Losing Ellie, his wife, and what transpired in the way his daughter let BB treat her children. I really want an enquiry or inquiry for him. Can I ask a question of all people who have posted on this thread; is it this...

It is unbelievable that BB will get public funding for his appeal; as a taxpayer it is infuriating. However what I will say is that I hope it is fast tracked or similar so that he exhausts all avenues and then can get on with serving his sentence and Mr Grey can hopefully secure his enquiry for...

Does anyone know if Ellie's sibling has been adopted or met her family; I notice in the 2014 judgement that her grandparents hadn't had contact. I just wondered if this has changed over time or if she has been adopted? I am hoping she has such much needed stability and love.

My phone is not letting me quote but have just read the Sun article linked to. 'Holding court in Max Clifford's office'; it says it all. God I am angry about this awful tragic case.

Is it possible that now he has been found guilty and sentenced JG could face more serious charges? I hope so. I agree that something happened before she left for work as well. Just on the table leg and him displaying something in front of the paramedic that is completely plausible. I've...

Hope it's okay to join. Its tragic. Just tragic. The thing that I cannot understand is how JG was given such a short sentence. Surely she is an accessory or similar and did contribute to poor Ellie's death. Usually I am very sympathetic to DV but this woman did nothing to protect her...

This is in response to Gigi (above) Couldn't agree more. I I really hope the grandfather does get his wish for an Enquiry. The Jusge's decision just makes no sense to me.

Hello all, thanks for for the warm welcome a few pages back :) So, I have read through as much as I can - it's just too heartbreaking for words. I am new to WS so apologies if this is not an appropriate question; does it seem that Mrs Justice Hogg had more information to reach the...

Hello all, thanks for welcome. it's a famous parenting site with a logo quite similar to Charlie's Angels. I'm on my way into work so not much time but having read some of the reports my personal opinion is that she should have received a much higher sentence in terms of time served. I...

Hello all, I've come late I this thread after another forum I am on mentioning it. I have found a lot of the details I have read extremely upsetting so have not read the review etc but I have some questions: Am I right that JG and BB did not live together until after Mrs Justice Hodges...
