My understanding is that he will not be questioned on the case until he gets to Canada. His current German lawyer is only there to advise him and make sure he is treated fairly as a 'suspect'. I also understand she has advised him not to speak about the case until he has a Canadian lawyer.

There were articles a couple of hours back cnfirming that these are old videos. Some news portals seem to be a bit slow to catch up, or think the idea of him posting taunting vids while on the run is a 'better story', even if not true.
