    TH's polygraphs

I'm going to make an educated guess and say at this time next week -- SM will have a lawyer. I wonder if she will be able to play Facebook games like Family Feud in jail?

SM as a potential focus of the investigation

That flyer was going to be released no matter what.

SM as a potential focus of the investigation

Can we discuss what dinner must have been like tonight at the Korman house? My theory is that it was a little strained. JMHO.

SM as a potential focus of the investigation

I doubt SM will EVER admit to this. She strikes me as a perfectionist who could never bring herself to admit anything. I can see her behind bars in 20 years still claiming her innocence -- if indeed she is responsible.

SM as a potential focus of the investigation

Even if she was smart enough to have her cellphone off June 4th, she might have had it on the day before, or a week before in a "trial" run.

SM as a potential focus of the investigation

I don't think the family had much say in "this" flyer being released.

SM as a potential focus of the investigation

I wasn't going down with that angle. I was more thinking about a child with ADHD being hard to control at times with a long summer coming up.

SM as a potential focus of the investigation

Maybe it was a slow process of a step son mistreating her "REAL" baby in her eyes and it got to the boiling point.

Just because you have a Master's Degree, doesn't mean you have common sense. "Clean Sheets"

SM as a potential focus of the investigation

Does anyone know if they will allow you to play Facebook games in jail? This might be a sticking point into getting a confession.

SM as a potential focus of the investigation

Wasn't something said early in this case about Kyron possibly having ADHD?

SM as a potential focus of the investigation

Maybe because it was a premeditated plan and this was the last possible event at school of the year to make it look like it was a stranger abduction.

SM as a potential focus of the investigation

I doubt there will be a family dinner this evening.

    LE Press Conferences

I really can't understand why SM would be considered a suspect in this case. I thought it was decided that the way people react to stress varies. It was normal for her to talk about "clean sheets", go the gym, play Facebook games, run from cameras, etc . . . This seems like a witch hunt.

2010.06.18 Questionnaire -Students, parents asked about Kyron again

Seems like this should have been sent out June 5th. It scares me to think it took them 14 days to realize she is a possible suspect? Really?

    Working Theories Thread

Very well thought out observations. I think the most important two statements in your great recap are: Who felt Kyron was a burden. Who felt Kyron was an obstacle? Follow the trail.

    OR - Kyron Horman, 7 yo Second grader, Portland, 4 June 2010 - #17

My opinion is based on the fact that I have tremendous faith in the abilities of LE and the FBI. I would assume that when Kyron is located -- an arrest will be made shortly after. (Based on my opinion that LE has their POI) Seeing how I believe though this was a calculated plan though -- it's...

I think an arrest will be made sooner than you think.

Sometimes when someone plans out the "perfect crime" in their heads -- the one thing they can't plan out is how to properly act after the fact. (Because it's the one part they couldn't rehearse) It's also hard for them to act correctly because they already know the outcome.

If they are searching in water I would assume it's at the recovery stage.
