Agree they would have needed a court order to drug test her..... I very much doubt they asked or she offered. But the recollections of LE that night on how she seemed when they interviewed her will be enlightening.

If that was a contributing factor to the cascade of terrible decisions made that night, I would not be surprised one bit. That or the cumulative effect of years of substances upon the brain ...

Not to be morbid ... But I find it very unusual that LE has not released the cause of death. Is it possible that they are holding back a lot of info until DS next court date weeks from now?

I think the wording was "viewing". Some may disagree, but it almost seems a bit like a final indignity for this child. Who was not well protected in life or now death.

Looking at the JSO timeline it says something to the effect that victim's mother and siblings were being interviewed by homicide dets between 1 and 2 am after the kidnapping. (JSO explained that even though Cherish had not been found yet Homicide was involved). It would be interesting to see...

Very interesting..... I haven't seen anything much about his mother in MSM. I believe MSM/LE has documented that Defendant lived with her and the creepy van was registered to her? And is it known if he was married in the past and the duration of that?

Exactly! This is why I have no issue with Mr Jarreau's attorney speaking out even via Facebook.... Because Ann Dugger and the "Justice Coalition" have been tirelessly lining up cash donations, etc etc for RP and her bf. While I think ignoring the elephant in the room about how this all came to...

Many kids born to unmarried parents have their mother's last name, in my experience

Right, and if you look up Lindsay Hoy (listed in obit as one of Cherish's sisters) in FB it says she is also from there.
