I looked it up awhile back, and from what i remember, that day in Lovingston, the sunset was around 8:25ish. She was at the gas station around 7, her last cell phone call was to her voicemail around 7:20 and RAT claimed that she left his trailer just before dark.

Victim: Alexis Murphy, 17, missing from Shipman, VA, 03 August 2013 - #6

I'm with ya...It's too quiet! I've always thought about chemicals because any other way seems too risky (leaving blood behind as evidence or noise as in a gun). The only thing about that, is he would have had to dispose of the chemicals and rags or whatever somewhere, and there is a chance that...

I agree. I've gone back and forth so many times on what I think has happened to her and how it went down. He's smarter than he looks. I believe this because of his ability to abduct without witnesses, struggles, screams, dispose of evidence and or bodies. I believe he somehow got AM without...

http://m.wdbj7.com/two-underage-children-found-in-underground-sex-ring/-/20129166/21686060/-/tita9pz/-/index.html I find it interesting that authorities were investigating meth trade & sex trafficking. I know they're minors, but I'm curious to see if the girls had been reported missing.

Wow, it appears that it didn't take long at all for the prosecution to present their case or for the Judge to make a decision...what does that say?

I'm wondering that too....sensitive is an interesting word to use. I'm wondering if it's something related to DNA or a piece of evidence that doesn't totally implicate him in other charges, as they are looking for more to piece it together? IMO...i really have no idea. I just hope this doesn't...

IMO- I have a feeling that forensics can tell fairly quickly if a tire mark is similar & since they didn't rush out & search the property, I'm guessing it isn't. Forgive me if this has been posted (I didn't see it anywhere but could have missed it), but there has been an arrest in VA based on familial DNA...great news. They aren't saying...
