    Found Alive CA - Sherri Papini, 34, Redding, 2 November 2016 - #8

Echos of Jason Foster, though the entire width of the country away.

Africa - Seychelles Police Probe Deaths of Sisters Annie and Robin Korkki Sept 2016

I am not sure why everyone keeps saying it is odd that they both OD'ed/died at the same time when there have been a number, arguably "numerous", reports of double heroin/ opiate ODs here in the US over the past few months. I have seen reports of at least two within a few miles of where I live.

Found Deceased UK - Craig Moverley, 46, Inverness, Scotland, 10 May 2015

I can't see any published record of him having been found. This is a graphic report of his daughter's murder. I am not surprised he hasn't got over it. :(

Sorry, I've not been back for a while. :o The Parsons' house at 218 Miller Chapel Rd, that earlier this year I was reporting the renovations on after a fire, is now up for sale. It is listed at $160,000 when the going rate on that road is in the $120,000-$130,000 range! I reported...

My error. :( The city limit of Salisbury is a very odd shape, so yes, there is a long southern lobe of the city (to capture the mostly industrial development alongside Hwy 29, and especially the airport) much closer to Miller Chapel than the 3 miles I indicated, and I suspect is closer to...

And I suppose everyone in your state abides by the speed limit, and nobody ever runs a red light nor ever drinks and drives? Another way of looking at it: the reason WebSleuths exists is because people do not follow the law, or to discuss the results of people not following the...

There aren't many trash collection stations, and as trash is all charged for, I believe they're all manned for all the hours they're open. FWIW much of the labor at the trash collection facilities is provided by those sentenced to "community service". No I believe they've all been...

The area where Erica disappeared is not that rural anymore, and is well served by either municipal trash service or private contractors. It may happen, but I don't recall seeing, or smelling, anyone burning trash since I moved here ten years ago.

Agreed, but the dozer-crushers continuously drive back and forth, packing crushing and tearing at everything, so while it is possible that a body could be dumped there, you'd be taking quite a gamble that the dozers didn't tear open the carpet, tarp, or whatever you'd wrapped the body in.

Yes, all but one are close to I85, I think most are within 2 miles of I85 as the crow flies, and often closer still. The (only) true landfill in the county is about 10 miles due north as the crow flies. If you drive your own vehicle in to the facility you have to cross the weighbridge, but...

I will try to find time to review all the addresses. I know some of them fairly well, notably the "ground zero" house on Miller Chapel, which has been undergoing substantial renovation following a recent fire, and of course the "modifications" made by the SBI and sheriff's investigators. The...

As of this morning the skip is now filled above the sides, so presumably the renovations/ repairs after the fire were quite extensive. I couldn't tell if work inside is completed (the Porta-Jon is still there), but the only work apparently in progress today is the replacement of the vinyl siding.

On that we agree. It's only your 50:50 probability assessment that I take issue with.

    NC - Erica Lynn Parsons, 13, Rowan County, 19 Nov 2011 - #5

Agreed, but if you want to calculate the odds based on "body count/ missing permanently v those that reappear alive after being missing for more than a year", then surely you'd have to agree that the odds of Erica being found alive are even worse than 90-10, no?

    NC - Erica Lynn Parsons, 13, Rowan County, 19 Nov 2011 - #5

OK, but in North Carolina I85 is mostly a conduit, for trafficking people and drugs northwards from, Atlanta, Texas, and points south, towards DC, New York, and New England, and cash southwards. It is not having a noticeable effect on people living locally, especially in the smaller towns that...

    NC - Erica Lynn Parsons, 13, Rowan County, 19 Nov 2011 - #5

Not really. Living people have the unfortunate habit of ruining missing persons cases by reappearing to prove they're still alive, the opposite is not true for dead people. If the police called at my house today and couldn't find my daughter, and the media got involved, there...

    NC - Erica Lynn Parsons, 13, Rowan County, 19 Nov 2011 - #5

But there's not a shred of evidence either to support her adoptive parents' story, or that she's even alive. As a teenager she would know her name, and likely didn't change it so if she were alive, even if she or whoever took her didn't come forwards, surely someone at school, or a neighbor...

What is? Neither of the addresses searched by LE appear on the map you posted, though in fairness both addresses are close to I85, so maybe questions should be "What's your point?", and "What do think the significance is?"

    NC - Erica Lynn Parsons, 13, Rowan County, 19 Nov 2011 - #5

Yes, the skip and the Porta-Jon have been there for at least a week, and were still there this evening. Without stopping and going to peer into the skip I wouldn't know what's in it, all I can say is that it's not full to overflowing. I think it's what's known as a "40 [cubic] yard container"...

Since the fire at the house on Miller Chapel Rd there has been quite a lot of work done at the house, so I hope LE got everything they needed when they searched the place back in the summer, and briefly again a few weeks ago. First there was a post-catastrophe clean-up contractor, and now there...
