Deceased/Not Found CA - Heidi Planck, 39, left son’s football game in Downey, dog found in Los Angeles, 17 Oct 2021 #5

California has had its wettest winter since 1983, if I remember correctly. Lots of it in early December after the search started - that has to have impacted search efforts.

VA Richmond VA- LIVING Deaf/Nonverbal John Doe WhtMale found March 5 1910-died June 21,1951

Possibly. Look up Willowbrook videos and Google state hospitals in the ‘40s-‘70s, conditions were pretty dire for many institutionalized people and many, many died due to overcrowding diseases and lack of care.

Deceased/Not Found CA - Heidi Planck, 39, left son’s football game in Downey, dog found in Los Angeles, 17 Oct 2021 #5

I understand why we don’t know the details of the dog being found but if we did, it could clear things up. Dashing out of the elevator at what happened to be the 28th(?) floor when someone else called it from that floor vs wandering that floor on its own are very different things and have...

CA CA - Heidi Planck, 39, left son’s football game in Downey, dog found in Los Angeles, 17 Oct 2021 #3

I’m wondering if the secondhand info about how the people contacted H/JW after they found Seven is getting overly complicated. While he was microchipped, he probably also had a collar with her phone number on it? In that half hour between video and text, I’m thinking it is more logical for them...

there are multiple collars that will track your dog or cat via GPS, but I’m fairly sure I read that the ex found the dog via texts once either the dog was found (with identifying info on the collar, or by getting him scanned at a vet.

Found Deceased CA - Philip Kreycik, 37, Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park, 10 Jul 2021

Do we know what the cell coverage is even like there? I spend lots of time around other regional parks in the greater Bay Area and coverage is spotty - depends on network, where you are standing, if the wind is blowing. I get coverage from the exact same spot that my friend does not, for...

CANADA Canada - Ben Tyner, 32, cowboy, his horse returned w/o him, Merritt, British Columbia, 26 Jan 2019

Lurker and horseperson chiming in here... like most cowboys, he was not wearing a safety helmet, which greatly increases the chances for serious head injury. While it is certainly possible to be gravely injured in other ways riding, head injuries are entirely too common...

CA CA - Luke Arduini, 28, Oakland, 1 Jan 2014 - Yahoo software programmer

No transport wouldn't be that surprising if he lived Uptown/downtown near BART (train to SF) but difficult otherwise. Would also like to know specifics, as I live in the area and it hasn't been heavily featured in news or news social media recently.
