    Negligent child abuse resulting in serious bodily harm. I was just looking this up myself. I'm wondering why it isn't Negligent child abuse resulting in death? Or is it the same?

    My heart aches every time I see her pictures. This silence has gone on for far too long. Someone knows something, how anyone can continue to refuse to be that little girls voice, is beyond me. You are in my thoughts, and you are certainly not forgotten, Aliayah.

    I thought it was something that was on their photo (120tet), allegedly taken by JR that same morning (finishing off the roll of film), but when the police photographed that same area later on (photo 52) that object(s)(scarf? bag? windex??)was missing all of a sudden? I read PR;s "Oh, God"...

    Exactly, you have to actually witness/experience a traumatic incident in order to have a flashback of it. Such a revealing statement and yet another missed opportunity. Like you say, DeeDee249, police definitely dropped the ball here. This admission by mommy dearest, leads me to believe that...
