Its pretty ballsy, isnt it? It just doesn't sit right with me... not because I think its suspicious, but its tacky as hell. If my best friend died in this manner I would be spending my time making sure that her killer was brought to justice rather than panhandling at every given opportunity.
I am fairly certain that harper is in new york for some meeting with other world leaders.
Although on tuesday I watched a rather odd looking military plane come in and land (just happened to be driving by). Was a jumbo jet all grayed out.
I think you'll find the majority of "users" are those that arent subject to frequent testing... I.e. execs :)
Sorry, was not super clear in my post.
However I will say that the white stuff is prominent in a LOT of white collar Calgary. I think I see more drug use now than I did as a teen!
If I can throw my 2 cents in on the drug use in the o&g (and hopefully it isn't a dead horse) but from personal experience I can promise you that its only certain levels of workers who abuse drugs. You will find that a vast majority of them are subject to random drug testing and the majority of...
Hi everyone! Long time since ive posted... small kids and a vacation will suck the time like nobody's business.
Thanks for the report cherchri!
Also... news.talk is a girl?!? Thats the most surprising development imo [emoji2]
Gah. I've been away for a few days and had a LOT to catch up on.
I do not think that the victims, at least both of them, were killed in bed or ambushed while sleeping. If they had been, the bed/mattress would have shown signs of blood. Does anyone remember that creepy neighbour guy who went...
CREB will suspend your license if you don't pay your dues, or incur fines. They will also suspend licenses due to infractions.... hmmm... hang on. I'm going to go do some digging!
Ok, here we go :)
So back in 2006-2007 which I believe is the time frame KL was a realtor the cheapest houses were not $400K. I would say $300K.
So, lets assume that KL listed and sold a house for $325K and got full commissions for the selling portion (3.5/1.5). That would be $6875.
We are...
Oh yes. I saw and have seen it several times.
this is going to be a long one so im going to go find my laptop charger amd spare you copious amounts of typos from my phone :)
Thats what I was trying to figure out... I think it may be a case of the son speaking in a broad sense, but I would think given the circumstances he would know precisely how long it was since they had contact.
Kind of.
Typically a seller is charged 7% on the 1st 100,000 and 3% on the balance.
The buyers agent gets 3.5/1.5 but its the sellibg agents perogative as to whst they charge for their services.
So there are over 5000 realtors in calgary. Many many of them started cutting comissions to get clients. With the onset of companies like welist.com and such, relators' pockets took a fair hit.
It was not uncommon for realtors to be doing listings for a quarter of what they did previously...
In regards to being "linked" to that conpany... it could be something as simple as she had a client who was moving from calgary to the usa, and she hooked her clients up with a realtor down south.
I worked in real estate at about the same time as KL did and have seen it done a few times. Makes...
I keep trying to think about the finance aspect of a possible motive. I think its safe to say that DG didn't have a ton of cash. He lived with his parents and drove an old truck which has been noted as a 'piece of crap'.
This leads me to believe that the motive isn't related to bad...
Oy. Coming back after a day of being away... uh, some interesting reads.
I personally cant see le going to the lengths suggested of faking charges and such just to ferret someone out.
Can you imagine the outrage that not only the family but this ENTIRE city would feel?
In the midst of what...
