Yes, I'm going on the assumption that the state police have adequate resources (Indiana is known for much of their police tech etc) since they've been on scene, and also because one news report stated that DHS was involved as well. I may be wrong! Cheers!
State police have adequate resources for such an investigation, and they are clearly involved. FBI (and DHS if those reports are accurate) are not called in unless it is something beyond that. Local LE may not be up to date on all the latest tech, but the state of Indiana sure is.
