New Search Warrant for Google!!

New search warrant was filed for Donna's cell phone yesterday that is now available for download. Apparently there is new technology to get into her phone that wasn't available when first seized!!! Maybe that's why Rash claimed there was "nothing incriminating" on her phone, he thought it...

She has a smart lawyer to come up with this story, I'm nervous she's going to get off. Ugh, let's hope the jury can see through it.

Today new discovery was turned over per the docket - "Continuum Leasing Documents". What could it mean? Did they get Wendi a lease there before the hit was committed? Perhaps during Harvey's birthday weekend?

I think they're referring to the 2 motions to change venue that were denied. Since Charlie won't stop bringing up how there's a 0% chance a Tallahassee jury would ever acquit him.

Thanks to these phonecalls I know that not only did Pat Sanford pick up Donna at the airport, he also got Charlie at his house. So satisfying.

Tim Jansen said her recording the FBI call was a felony in Florida so they could definitely hold her on that charge!

He can't - he used to represent Donna in this case so there's a conflict of interest.

That's because he's afraid of what Donna will do if Charlie is convicted, he's going to have to deal with her wrath.

He talks on one of the episodes of the Over My Dead Body podcast, and he thinks they're involved which is why they are estranged. I was hoping they would call him for rebuttal.

if word got to Sigfredo about this defense, I wonder if he would want to come testify since Charlie's the reason he's serving a life sentence.
