Found Deceased IL - Jake Cefolia, 49, jogging, car found, SVP of United Airlines, Chicago, 6 Aug 2020

Agreed. As an avid runner, with many running friends, it is a huge red flag that he had a smart watch and left it behind. Every runner I know has either a GPS watch or phone app that they regularly use to keep detailed running stats. There was no way he was going out to run.

TX - Heidi Broussard, 33 Found Deceased, & Margo Carey, 2 weeks, Found Alive Austin, 12 Dec 2019 #7

I've done ivf and have friends who have. In many of the online infertility communities you can find people offering leftover meds free or at a steep discount. Many consider it a community service to those still in the trenches. If she was involved in those communities she could easily have...

TX - Heidi Broussard, 33 Found Deceased, & Margo Carey, 2 weeks, Found Alive Austin, 12 Dec 2019 #6

It now makes so much sense why SC wouldn't have attempted to contact her over those 4 hours if he thought she was just hanging out with a lifelong friend. It also makes sense how he was so quiet about those 4 hours in media interviews, if LE already suspected the friend but didn't want to tip...

GUILTY IL - Marlen Ochoa-Uriostegui, 19, nine months pregnant, Chicago, 24 Apr 2019 *Three Guilty*

Parking tickets are issued by the Department of Revenue generally, though on occasion I've seen officers writing a ticket.

Found Deceased IL - Andrew Freund, 5, Crystal Lake, 17 April 2019 *Arrests* - #3

As someone who struggled with infertility, and has friends who would love to adopt, I wish this too. I was lucky, in that my birth parents' parental rights were terminated after abuse was found on an older sibling. There are so many people desperate to love these lovable kids, and the younger...

As to whether the Dispatcher said, "what's the child's name" vs. "what did the child say,"AF replies by giving AJ's name and the dispatcher then requests the spelling of the last name. So from context I think it's clear they were asking for the name.

I did! I called the FBI tipline and they totally brushed me off. But I did report. And I can see why, as I didn't have any information beyond what I posted. I couldn't even tell the year, just my approximate age.

AMBER ALERT WI - Jayme Closs, 13, Barron, missing after parents found shot, 15 Oct 2018 *endangered* #12

Lifetouch came to my kid's daycare to do their school pics and they quoted us 2-3 weeks to get the photos. It took exactly 3 weeks. Totally possible

During the Hannah Graham case I know that they also used some of the humanizing details to appeal to the family of the perp. In this case, maybe they're hoping someone close to him has suspicions and could potentially be guilted into turning the perp in to LE

AMBER ALERT WI - Jayme Closs, 13, Barron, missing after parents found shot to death, 15 Oct 2018 *endangered* #6

And just speaking personally, if there was a way to potentially get my kid into a better school district I would 100% use it. So if my kid's aunt looked after him occasionally and she moved to a better district and I could use that to get him in there, I absolutely would. Just thinking out...

JLM *GUILTY* in 2005 Fairfax County Rape Case #2

This article: http://hamptonroads.com/2013/12/uncommon-freedom-geriatric-release-prison-rare states less than 1% of eligible prisoners receive a geriatric release annually, and the biggest consideration is threat to the community. If he is convicted of capital murder he'll never be eligible...

I have a question for all of you more experienced at this. I ran across this case randomly today and I'm left feeling extremely uneasy because of the reports of odd phone calls made to other girls. In the late 80's I was an early elementary student just a few miles from there. I received...

Hannah Graham: Body Recovered, 18 Oct, 2014 **Awaiting Forensic Confirmation** #5

It seems unlikely that they really believe that haven't found HG at this point. Otherwise, wouldn't they want to re-start the search ASAP so they can locate her before in as early a condition as possible?

What steps should be taken to protect kids from being left in a car.

My car (keyless ignition) has a warning sound that goes off when I attempt to lock the door when the fob is inside. There could be some way to use this technology to sound an alarm when the car is locked from the outside when the carseat buckle is still buckled.

    JLM: Other Possible Victims

The story says that they were getting the ability to run the unknown dna through the system for "near-misses," or family members of the unknown dna. Does anyone know if JM's dad would have done anything to have them take his dna?

I'm not an attorney, but I do have experience with the civil courts. And in the civil courts both sides have to turn over their evidence to the other side, just not their arguments/theories. Generally when a case goes to trial both sides know what the other will say.
