Very sad news, if this is confirmed, but they seem pretty sure.
"Authorities in central Minnesota believe they have found the body of Amanda Vangrinsven, the Isanti woman who has been missing since last week."
Sheriff: Body Found In Isanti Co. Believed To Be Amanda Vangrinsven
I'm very encouraged to see all the movement on this case, and so glad there are independent parties taking over! I find it interesting that the IRS is one of the agencies being brought in. Anyone have thoughts on that? Not sure I've ever seen that before.
I've followed along on this case since the beginning, but this is my first post. This is an interesting article, with what seems like some new details.

I don't post much, but this one really grabbed me. I looked through her FBs and seeing the pictures of her with her son, and then knowing the likely outcome (MOO), made me tear up. He reminds me of my son, and I can't even imagine...
The similarities between this case and the Powell case are pretty interesting. Short distance away from each other, experienced outdoorsy-types, husband is gone mere minutes and wife disappears. Both families claiming abduction from near the beginning, both husbands originally under suspicion...
Just finished the documentary after never following the case before. I probably have an unpopular opinion, but I feel like she just walked right out of the door. Probably woke up, went looking for her parents, and poof she's gone. After that I think she either fell in one of the unused wells...
I have Butch's email, if you want to submit this possible match. I went back and looked at one I submitted, because I was remembering something about a tattoo, and he just said the UID didn't have a tattoo on her hip. Possibly that means she had tattoos in other places?
Would the phone continue to ping if they went into the water? It says they got the last ping on Saturday afternoon, southeast of Ely, which is still the Babbit area. My hubby says Birch Lake is right there (it's where they go opening fishing) and there are definitely areas of flowing water on...
That far north, I would think the ice is thick enough for two people and a snowmobile. Although there could be spots, since it's been a pretty mild winter across the state. However, snowmobile + Tanks bar most likely equals some sort of accident, in my opinion. That's a really wooded area and...

I was just going to post his Facebook page, but I see someone beat me to it.
Just driving down 35W, I saw all the traffic boards have the amber alert and I saw multiple billboards.
Crazy that I have a mutual friend with him. Ew.

The BCA has issued an alert for a 5-year-old girl who was taken from her home in Watkins, Minn. Authorities say a family friend may have taken her. Alayna Ertl has shoulder length sandy blonde hair and weighs about 45 pounds. Ertl was last seen around...
Not that I don't agree with his obvious intentions, but my 6 year old daughter has that same swimsuit from Walmart, and it actually is a kid's swim suit. I don't know if the picture shows the legs clipped up high on the hanger or if it's just the way it's laying, but it's really not a super...
It sounds like he's got pretty loose lips - brought in his brother to help move the body and couch and then told another person that he dismembered her...I bet someone else knows where she is and hopefully they come forward, if he won't.
