...i go along with that...the bit about Christ etc......i find it hard to believe he was allowed to do that as it has no interest whatsover with the sentence it's all been seen and done before......

    Oscar Pistorius - Sentencing - 6.13.2016 #2

...it's quite possible Masipa will see it for what it is.....the last ditch chance at a manipulation..;...of course the other way that Masipa could save/recover her image is to go entirely the other way and give a sentence far higher than is being asked for as a message that she had been tricked...

    Oscar Pistorius - Sentencing - 6.13.2016

..I'm just wondering if Masipa is deeply religeous which would explain the constant religeous references made by Pistorius as a way of manipulating and influencing her decision.....it's possibly an explanation, there may well be a lot of unknown church stuff..

    Oscar Pistorius - Sentencing - 6.13.2016

..Hi again all, what's this i've been hearing on the tely there's talk of sending Pistorius to hospital instead of prison saying he's a broken man etc etc......well what i see is someone who doesn't seem to be putting up much of a fight after being called a murderer, after all if one is...

Do you think the prosecutor proved the case?

...there's still no proof of anything, the whole case is a mess......it's going to go on forever and will never be resolved even if he does go to prison again....just have to accept it....

Oscar Pistorius - Discussion Thread #70 *Appeal Verdict*

......i can't seem to put my finger on it exactly but there seems something wrong somewhere with the way the sentencing went and then having it split over two courts plus the lack of objective evidence and now he's been sentenced to murder he's sat at home with his feet up in front of the telly...

Oscar Pistorius - Discussion Thread #70 *Appeal Verdict*

.....and what about the suspended sentence mentioned above by IB, how does that figure in SA....is it possible considering that Masipa may well be sentencing him again that she may of taken an extreme dislike to all the bad attention she was given due to her previous sentence and decide to give...

Oscar Pistorius - Discussion Thread #69 *Appeal Verdict*

....my personal opinion has nothing to do with what i'm saying about proof i mentioned in a post above the word "objective", anyone who has followed this case will know there is no objective proof or evidence to back up one version or another, i have also stated in the past that i am keeping my...

Oscar Pistorius - Discussion Thread #69 *Appeal Verdict*

......you started off ok but when i came to "confessed killer"...! is there anything that "proves" that the intruder version is a lie ? .....i'm not making an subjective opinion like the majority of posts on here, i already have my own opinion of what i think happened, what i am trying to show...

Oscar Pistorius - Discussion Thread #69 *Appeal Verdict*

.....where ?......anyone who has followed this case closely should know it's the biggest thing missing....there's no proof of anything, maybe the closest would be the screams but even then their open to question.....
