It's time for the truth to come out. It's been far too long! Retired Detective Yuhas was the original lead detective who has insights to all of it. I'm glad he is able to speak now.

I was active on this thread years back. I've been praying for them and the day they would be able to speak out! It's time to give the case to MSP. (Michigan State Police) https://www.wxyz.com/news/family-of-slain-emu-student-julia-niswender-hopes-msp-will-investigate-cold-case

One down and one to go! I'm very happy the Bruck family can now think about starting to heal!! It's time for an arrest in Julia's case too! Her family deserves answers too! I sure hope that Ypsi has been holding back some evidence/info that will guarantee a long prison sentence too!

I think we've already established that children who can access the internet on a cell phone, computer, tablet etc. can access *advertiser censored* very easily if they went looking for it, much easier than they would find on a computer that didn't have any images saved to it.

Last time I checked, (I do work in a Circuit Court building...remember when I mentioned talking to police officers... I do in fact speak with them everyday), when a jury goes into deliberation and reaches a verdict...only the verdict is read in the courtroom. The judge does not specify why the...

Could you please share the link for the news article referring to this bit of info? Thanks in advance.

Thank you. I was asking because of the talk of rigor mortis setting in prior to the restraints being removed as was talked about upthread. This would take some time as its not an instant process.

That's right it's an incomplete and INACCURATE document (per your statements) isn't it?!

The SW mentions the roommate texting with Julia at 10:30, and nothing about stopping by the apartment until the following morning.

Ok, if that is true then why doesn't the SW mention KM as ever being questioned especially if she was in the apt Sunday night???? It's odd for this bit of information to be missing from the timeline on the SW. The SW only places AG coming back into the apt on Monday morning.

Thank you! I will go find the quote. It seems odd that the TV was never mentioned in the SW as it describes what caught the roommates attention was the alarm going off on Monday, but doesn't mention an alarm or TV being on the following day when AG finally contacts Security Guard at the...

Where was it referenced that the TV was ever noted as being on by any witnesses, and the mention of the alarm being turned off and the TV turned on and up? Where has this ever been documented???

Where did the reference about the TV come from? I don't recall ever seeing a news article or Trojan making a statement regarding it.

I completely understand it was Ypsi's info and Monroe acted on it. I find it interesting the chief felt the need to distance the agency from the notion that JT was the only POI in the case.

I just came across this article today written 9/24/15. Interesting comment from the Police Chief considering the case against JT started with their search warrant. So it seems that JT is not the only person they are looking at.... "Ypsilanti Police Chief Tony DeGiusti said in an email that he...

I think it was established a while ago that the 300,000 number reflected the number of total photos on the computer. There was a very small number of photos in question in comparison of over all photos.

Were we looking at the same Instagram account? The one I viewed had well over 30 photos with alcoholic beverages in them. There were some party photos posted as well. I definitely walked away with a much broader perspective than you did. I would definitely agree it appears she was a young...
