I remember him taunting some of the other local people on the wiregrass chat. He knew how to push buttons & the bad-mouthing between some members seemed to destroy the integrity of the chat subject , Tracie & JB. He was an instigator for sure. I wouldn't put anything past him.

I don't recall him stating that, I followed that board. I thing he was a narcissist seeking attention from the tragedy. I'm sure that LE had/have his #. How far was the Mazda finally left from the Big Little store? I know the driver of the white truck was "cleared", but I still wonder if...

I go along with your general theory that they ran into the wrong person that night, a stranger with bad intentions. I also believe that person left town afterwards. People talk, it's human nature. People that cause harm are often good at keeping secrets. I think J.Barrentine was fed details...

May not have been a 1 time thrill kill. Many people move around. This type of killer would likely be a loner. I just think if more than one person was involved or had knowledge of this crime they would have told at least one other person. JMO

Murders are committed for many reasons, many make no sense. They may have been the victims of a person that somehow gained control of JB & Tracie, tried to play out his urges & in the end executed the girls to make a quick exit/escape. With psychopaths, sociopaths, the motive might be as...

OK, this is JMO. After following this mystery since the AMW airing, I'm sticking with my original theory. The small window of time between last sighting & estimated time of death, execution style murder, lack of clues, leads me to suspect a loner thrill killer. Someone who is experienced at...

I followed the Wiregrass chat site for a long time until several posters began to "sling mud" & it seemed to dissolve. I think you're speaking of the person that posted under a name meaning "truth". He was an instigator..... There was a lot of interesting comments posted on that board. I'm...

LE hasn't released much information to the public as far as clues or theories but have they released a "profile" of who may have committed these murders? The only time I remember a profile was in the Haunted Evidence video.

Funny, I was thinking of a "shoe" analogy myself ! Thanks for the clarification. It's unfortunate that evidence is missing. So somewhere a handgun, a set of keys, & possibly a baseball cap have been disposed of, or kept.

And was it unusual? If so, in what way?

What can be told by the shell casing? Excuse my ignorance, I haven't fired many guns & it's been many years since I've had one. Would it mostly be used if the suspected weapon was found? There must at least be photos of the shell.

The offender was older & has slowed down physically.

Early on in the investigation, I believe the OPD made a statement that the semen was thought to have been from the perpetrator. I believe they felt he may have a "sexual performance dysfunction", maybe exposing himself. I started following this story after seeing it on AMW. I then followed...

I also feel there is more to the white truck at the scene( Big/Little Store). I read that the owner was traced to Delaware and cleared but that seems too simple. It was described as a small pick up so I doubt it was a tow truck. I've never heard mention of it being a RR co truck either...

It's hard to beleive the killer drove JB's car around after being near muddy water and after shooting these poor young women, & didn't leave any other trace evidence besides what LE has released. Was it common for people to drive or walk around carrying a 9mm gun in 1999? Either they made...

These rumors of an affair with a married PO or police involvement have been bantered about for many years. I've been following this story since it was featured on AMW. I then followed the story on the Wiregrass Chat where the Cronology of Events was first posted. People talk,it's human nature...
