TX - Hailey Dunn, 13, murdered, Scurry County, Dec 2010 *Arrest in 2021, released in 2023* #4

I was thinking about this case and going over the timeline and I'm curious if anyone here ever heard about Billie's phone records for Sunday evening until Tuesday when police were contacted or did Billie tell anyone the calls she saw in her call log outside of the wyd text. In other cases the...

Found Deceased TX - Savanah Soto, 18, Leon Valley, 22 December 2023 #2 *Arrests*

He is worried about a spider bite but he wasn't worried about.... He should not say anything else at this point about his personalissues...nobody cares anyway.

I think they dropped it because they know others are involved, but no solid evidence. A good lawyer would use that to their advantage, and maybe they did behind the scenes.

Found Deceased TX - Savanah Soto, 18, Leon Valley, 22 December 2023 #2 *Arrests*

Yes, I know they left in the truck from the house, but I just hadn't read that it was confirmed he was the driver. It would have only taken maybe a min for her to get in the car.

Found Deceased TX - Savanah Soto, 18, Leon Valley, 22 December 2023 #2 *Arrests*

Did police confirm in their reports that CP was the one driving the victim's vehicle that was seen on the video? I remember some people thinking it was a woman that was seen for a few seconds on camera. Myrta and CP both have long hair.

Found Deceased TX - Savanah Soto, 18, Leon Valley, 22 December 2023 #2 *Arrests*

I didn't say it would work, I just said it is a wrinkle in the investigation. There have been plenty of cases that should have been open and shut, but because the defense found something to run with. The cctv shows all 3 on the cctv, how do we know who actually pulled the trigger. Mom is...

Found Deceased TX - Savanah Soto, 18, Leon Valley, 22 December 2023 #2 *Arrests*

I think the parents were simply trying to cover for the son. By saying Noone has access to her bedroom but herself, and she is the only one with the key, it essentially puts a wrinkle in the investigation. We know the gun was used to commit the murders, but it hasn't been made public if the...

Found Deceased TX - Savanah Soto, 18, Leon Valley, 22 December 2023 #2 *Arrests*

Looking at the affidavits it seems like police may be just putting enough in it for the arrests. We haven't seen the full timeline yet. Police would be able to see when Savanah or Matthew's phones switched towers, indicating the time they left their home. They simply say Savanah had searched...

Found Deceased TX - Savanah Soto, 18, Leon Valley, 22 December 2023

IF a shotgun was used there is no way they shot both on the right side, behind the ear from inside the vehicle. For one you cannot conceal a shotgun in that small car. The angle in my opinion would have to be the tip of the gun pointing up, but it seems too small of a space. If they were...

Found Deceased TX - Savanah Soto, 18, Leon Valley, 22 December 2023

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed> ... all I saw were the two vehicles pull up. The man/person gets out, and does look to be concealing something under their shirt. Someone does toss something white to the drivers side. Someone does pop up out of the car for a second before disappearing again...

Found Deceased TX - Savanah Soto, 18, Leon Valley, 22 December 2023

<modsnip> Savanah was not listed as deceased on the Bexar County Website. https://deathrecords.bexar.org/ Any thoughts on why they wouldn't list her on there, but it has been announced everywhere where else? It gave me pause because the sister in law first reported that Savanah was in really...

TX - Hailey Dunn, 13, murdered, Scurry County, Dec 2010 *Arrest in 2021, released in 2023* #4

I think they are saying they were found in the trunk of his car, which is odd, but I don't know if it will be enough I'd it is stand alone evidence.

Yes, but a good defense lawyer is going to argue that they can't prove that it didnt come from somewhere else. I hope there is more evidence connecting the hairs to the crime.

I wonder how they plan on proving that the hairs they found weren't already there since they lived in the same house and had daily contact.

I would say whenever Shawn explains how he knew where her body was and who told him.

Of course we do not have all statements but we do have them saying he is still a suspect and we do not know if she was really alive after 3... Read it again, it clearly says might've....meaning it wasn't proven for sure...

Yes, I know what was said in court. We do not know for a fact Hailey was alive when Shawn got home at 3, this has never been proven or stated by police. The last reliable person to speak with her was her aunt. We have a timeline from Sunday evening to Tuesday afternoon. For me that means that...
