Caleb’s Dad, Randy, mentioned it in one of the interviews, possibly the Pascal show. Either that or Coffindaffer since those are the only two I listened to.

According to the police chief, the manhole was drained 4/18/24 right after it was initially reported to be uncovered. They first used the camera to look for any signs of Caleb at that time and then used it again after the discovery at the lift station.
