This is an update from Lucas Charron from the Nov 22, 2020 - Search and Rescue for Brett Event.
**UPDATE**
I just want to start off by saying thank you to everyone that took the time out of their busy schedules to come out today and help us search for Brett! We had an amazing turn out and you...
I had read these lengthy pieces once before and I read them again today with different eyes that were looking for different things!
I thought some of you might find them interesting.
Investigation by York Police:
Canada: Kaufman Commission - Guy Paul Morin - Police - Investigation by York...
Cheryl Hanson - York Regional Police
I hope this case is being looked at.
Cheryl Hanson and Christine Jessop were close in age.
I admit, I am not great with maps but it appears that the point where Cheryl disappeared is within a 20-30 minute drive from Queensville...
Canada: Kaufman Commission - Guy Paul Morin - Evidence of "screams"
Scroll down to the section on the "blue sweater" from the Kaufman report
It is possible that the dog handler had possession of this sweater.
Is seems, however, that LE tried quite diligently to locate it, yet it has never been...
I asked earlier if CH ever lived in Richmond Hill at the same time as the Jessop's. I ask this because there are a couple of other names (pseudonyms) that were brought to light later in this case.
From REDRUM the Innocent
Bill & Al Mack (pseudonyms)
-When the Jessops lived in Richmond Hill...
REDRUM page 92-93
Details from Mr. Cull...he owned the property where Christine's body was found.
-Mr. & Mrs. Cull were at the property in early October
-Mr. Cull did recall a foul odour in late October, he never found a source for it, he took it to be caused by nearby goats
-Mrs. Cull died...
Many of us are wondering if CH could be responsible for other crimes.
According to Makin's book (page 91-92) Christine was found wearing clothing that the family did not recognize....specifically a grey turtleneck.
The blue sweater her grandmother had knitted and that she was apparently...
Does it not seem strange based on the info about these calls that LE did not access/investigate the Jessop's. phone records?
If the phone records had been analyzed LE should have come across the call to HH.
JMO
I do not know if the phone call was mentioned to LE or not but if it was LE would have been aware that HH was one of the few people that knew Mr, Jessop was in jail and that Christine would be home alone.
KJ has been steadfast that whomever murdered his sister knew his Dad was in jail and...
I have been going over some of my old notes taken from REDRUM the Innocent by Kirk Makin.
There were a couple of versions of this book released so page numbers are difficult, however.....
Page 353 in my copy discusses Janet Jessop's testimony in the proceedings against GPM.
Janet estimated it...
Canada: Kaufman Commission - Guy Paul Morin - Evidence of "screams"
This is a link I saved years ago...you may have to type the address into your search bar.
The information related to the 3 different families that heard screams is explained in detail here.
I am not sure I cannot ever accept the fact that Christine's tiny body laid where it was found for almost 3 months. I feel she would have been discovered sooner had she been there the whole time. Her bones would have been scattered by animals....she would have been found by a walking neighbour...
Cheryl Hanson
Cheryl Hanson was wearing a gold necklace when she disappeared. Christine Jessop was found with an intact necklace and a hair was found tangled in it.
There was pictures posted of Christine's necklace in much earlier WS posts that are no longer available.
Christine being found...
WOW....WOW
I was a young 20 something person when this horrific case happened. I lived quite close to where Christine's body was found.
I watched the Durham Region Police at the body site in those early days of 1985 from a friend's window that lived very close. It rattled everyone for miles...
Snippets from the RCMP report:
100% complete coincidence, that could never have been planned, I know.
Yet the time being the same is intriguing and a bit eerie. JMO
On Monday, July 15, 2019, at approximately 7:19 a.m., the Fort Nelson RCMP responded to a report of two deceased persons near...
