Thank you Skigirl for explaining this for me, I thought it might be there was a high Greek population or something similar. The USA despite speaking the same language as the UK can be so different, we have no fraternities or sororties here.

Yes and the PC had no mention of any other man being seen there that day. There's no reasonable doubt as the prosecution will likely state.

He could have kept them as souvenirs as the will undoubtedly have the girls blood on them.

Agreed his clothes probably are/were quite common in the area but he was the only man witnessed on the trails/monon hight Bridge that day, in the clothes seen in the BG video and he has admitted being there and at the bridge. I can't see him or his defence coming up with an excuse for that.

It just shows how devious and psychopathic he is. He's been able to act as normal ever since murdering the girls, without any conscience or fear of being caught. His facade must be really convincing.

I agree and he probably told the CO he was there that day before they released the video, no way of getting out of it for him. Just read the PC and I'm quite certain they have the right man. I hope they have a lot more evidence that we don't know about such as DNA.

I've been so busy the last few days so not been able to catch up properly. From what I have read though, I'm really confused. Am I right that the prosecution have stated they believe others were involved ? And that the PC is remaining sealed ? TIA

If there's no cameras etc allowed in the court, how will we know if anythings been released? Will there be transcripts to read ?

I thought all American court cases/trials were televised? I'm from the UK and none are televised here although they have just allowed the judges final remarks to be televised in certain cases.

Could it be because of all the dead leaves from the trees covering the ground at that time of year ? I imagine small pieces of evidence could end up hidden beneath them and be really hard to spot. If the crime scene was quite a large area aswell it could explain the lengthy sealing of the scene.

I've also wondered if he has any involvement with Lyric and Elizabeth's murders. There's nothing been officially said that he's linked but I don't think he should be ruled out. As for involvement in any other murders/crimes, would they be investigating his links with any others right now or just...

I agree, there's no possibility of rehabilitation for these sick people and to keep them locked up for life will no doubt cost the public.
