I’m aware of LEAP. It’s not a public database. If you want to know what’s in there relating to you you’ll need to submit a FOI request. Good luck.
In terms of the timeline on the family home there’s another very well informed poster on another forum that stepped this out.
Without butchering...
Sorry I should have been more clear. The title for the house is registered in one name and the state has registered a caveat. No other caveats have been registered.
GL is not a registered interest on the title. Nor is Dann. Does this help?
No come on mate. You made a very clear and unequivocal statement that Dann has a likely legal hold on GL’s assets.
You do this all the time. I’m happy to be proven wrong but please provide the factual basis of your claims. What is the likely hold that Dann has on Lynn’s assets?
And you well...
I think it’s going to be a mentions hearing where the judge lays out the timetable for submissions for consideration for sentencing. This can take months unfortunately so potentially looking at September time period for this phase to be finalised.
A narcissist, a psychologist, and a sociopath walk into a bar. The bartender looks up and says, "What is this, some kind of self-help group?" Boom-tish
So true. There’s one part of his ROI at Sale that I almost laughed out loud. Can’t remember the time stamp but he’s trying to explain the rationale for destroying all the evidence. He says “I did it because I knew I’d be blamed, which I am”. Like he’s exasperated that he’s in this position...
I don’t think he had much time to not think about it. Police knocked on his door in July 2020. Had painted his car by then and sold his trailer to some mysterious person that doesn’t use a phone or have a computer.
From that point on his paranoia would have been off the scales. Like he said in...
Seems to be the common denominator. On the various forums where people said they knew him or of him in the industry it’s the same thing. No one has said oh yeah he’s actually a good bloke and I’m shocked that he’s been accused of this.
But that’s not what he said on the public record. Not sure why he would lie about it makes him seem like more of failure that he couldn’t be a “top gun”. For a guy that clearly has an ego it’s a big thing to admit. Could also see him telling people he left on his own accord but for the opposite...
In his ROI he said to the police that the Airforce told him to go. Who knows what for but we might hear more about it at sentencing if the judge deems it relevant.
I could access it here and don’t have a subscription

Finger in the air maybe around $15k or a bit more new. Not sure of the quality of optics he has on them. Sometimes they’re more expensive than the firearm.
He hasn’t spent big on his hunting equipment. The shotguns are cheap as is the Ruger American which isn’t on the list but I’ve seen photos...
