I agree with you. It's better when you have physical evidence. It's easy to not speak up for all kinds of reasons. Fear of your own safety and the safety of your family. Fear of backlash and reputation damage. Fear of being blackballed. Fear of being tried by the court of public opinion and...

I would want to learn a lot more about that. For instance do we know how many days those 53 calls spanned? Someone calling somebody 53 times in a short time frame seems excessive. And I could see either side of the case using that information to prove their argument. The above is just my opinion.
