Bravo, excellent post. IMHO, it was really off-putting to read all the innuendo about him on this site. Far fetched ideas, creative stories, "sleuthing" ad nauseum on the word "pristine." Agreed, leave him alone. Focus should be on the fact that LE has no clue who BG is. This is all just so sad.

I read a while ago that LE would consider releasing more info if need be in terms of the video. Does anyone else recall that? I am wondering if LE has enough evidence to NOT release further video and soundites?

No way, Jose is RL the culprit. He does not physically resemble the photo at all as stated below, nor the voice. However, I do have a suspicion that he is guilty by association without him even knowing it. His 'hired hands' etc. may be into dubious activities, drugs, etc. Perhaps RL knew of that...
