CA - Chris Burrous death, KTLA5 weekend anchor, Dec 2018

I agree. Drugs should be legalized. Whatever Chris Burrous' vice was, it may or may have not killed him. I have a nagging feeling that there is more to this story than just an OD.

This one seems a bit fishy to me... I keep on thinking that this is possibly a murder, not just a case of secret life gone awry...

Any thoughts? Accidental overdose? Suicide? Murder?

I was asking about the COD because I wanted to know if the child was killed, or if he was alive when out of the car and died from the elements. Thank you for your post. If he was buried, it means he was killed.

Will they release the results of the autopsy and COD? I suspect that whatever Andressian Sr has done to the child must have been so terrible that no jury could sympathize with him...

It is consistent with the theory that the murder was premeditated. He dumped the body so well that it took few searches near the Lake Cachuma to find it. I cried this morning when I found out about the discovery of Piquie's body. He will never be forgotten.

I agree. Aramazd Sr. does not deserve to live if he had taken a life of a sweet innocent little boy, his very son. I know it's harsh, but that is how I feel.

I completely agree with Bird of Paradise. I don't think that Aramazd Sr was suicidal in past, and he is not now. He was hiding in Vegas; it wasn't his intent to live it up. But he had to fill in the empty days. What could he do? Watch TV all day? He probably couldn't even go online without being...

I am happy to hear that Aramazd Sr is in LE custody. I can only hope that he will tell us about the whereabouts of the little boy. Looking forward to hearing on Monday what the LE has on him.

I think all the Andressian (Aramazd Sr himself, his mom, sister, brother etc) should be called to LE and held simultaneously and aggressively questioned. One of them will likely crack under the pressure. I can't imagine how difficult this is for LE. Surely, they suspect that Sr. is responsible...

Thank you for the kind words, Bird of Paradise! I agree with the WebWoman's statement. Why isn't the grandma a person of interest?

The paid version indeed brings more. I once looked for my classmate in Denver area, trying to locate him. He had visited me few years prior and vaguely expressed in his conversation that he had some sort of problems and may disappear for awhile. In retrospect, I wish I had pushed him for more...

Thank you, GigTu! I have not come across any statements from LE about searching Aramazd Sr's properties. Sometimes I wish I was a private eye to be able to look into things myself :-)

While I agree that hiring a lawyer is the right of every citizen, I must say that not making any efforts to search for the child is an indicator that he is guilty. The question we are now trying to determine is: what exactly is he guilty of? Is he guilty of concealing the truth, child...

Oh that's sad...i have never thought that the sum of the reward correlates with the probability of receiving the tip of the child's whereabouts... I have never thought of that :-(

Finally, based on the dichotomy that Aramazd Sr. has created (both theories are plausible and equally possible), it makes me think that he has a very good knowledge of how the LE works. He has a very good adviser/attorney, or a family member/friend who had a big run-in with the law. I think the...

Theory 2: The child is dead. -If this the father has temporarily lost temper/control of the situation, the child's body whould have been found already. The crime would have been slopy, there would have been more evidence etc. This means that the crime was premeditated and carefully thought...

Ok, let's say there are two working theories. Theory 1: The child is being hidden -If I am hiding the child, I would carefully think through every step. I would have my family on with the plan, and/or my very close friends. Friends I know from childhood. I would do a switch in OC area, then...

A lot of people who work in IT are acutely aware of their digital footprint and try to minimize it. They don't have FB or Twitter accounts etc. LinkedIn account though- they definitely would keep it for work. <mod snip>

No emotion/empathy can be a result of sociopathic tendencies. It is unlikely that the child is alive. Grandma alone could not pull through organizing a kidnapping. <modsnip>
