Found Deceased PA - Four young men, 18-22, Bucks Co., 5-9 July 2017 #7 *Arrests*

Question for those with more tech knowledge. Can police obtain the actual data from text messages from the phone company if the phones are not recovered? I understand the messages are held on a SIM card - but does phone company store that also, or just records of when texts / calls were sent...

Found Deceased PA - Four young men, 18-22, Bucks Co., 5-9 July 2017 #7 *Arrests*

It's strange LE was not able to find Jimi's body without being told by CD. I know it's a big property, but over the course of three or four days, I'm sure the dogs would have covered every inch. I wonder how the dogs found the three bodies in the tank 12 feet buried, it not JP buried 6ft...

It will be interesting to know, and it will have an impact on SK's case, whether SK knew exactly what CD had already done to Jimi Patrick. If he knew, it would be hard for SK to argue he didn't know exactly what he was signing up for, and it may not matter who pulled the trigger on DF. But if...

Maybe what some of us have wrong in trying to figure out everything that happened is attempting to assign even the slightest bit of rationality to many of these decisions. For instance, the interaction with Jimi makes no sense. No matter what CD was selling him, whether it be 8lbs or an old...

My concern with Cosmo's plea deal: Cosmo led so much of the life he did due to wanting to fit in to this gangster culture. He didn't sell shoes or weed because he needed to, he did it to live the fake gangster life. We may see that was a driving motivation for what he did. Well, what is...

Found Deceased PA - Four young men, 18-22, missing, Bucks Co., 5-9 July 2017 #3

Why a midnight press conference? Have to get information out that just can't wait until tomorrow. Possibilities: - Boys have been found deceased, and they want to let public know before rumors get out, since surely family would be told asap. - Reason to believe one or more of the boys are alive...

On a 70-acre property, it's not a coincidence they dug a hole right on top of the oil tank. The big question is - did they come upon it due to tools LE were using and detected something underground? Or were they able to spot a surface area that they could tell was recently disrupted?

If he wasn't arrested until ~5pm, I doubt he would have seen a judge yet to even have bail set, much less able to post bail and be release. He's probably just going through booking now.

I am sure the cops have phone records that give them credible information where they are focusing only on Cosmo. But this guy just seems like such an idiot and wannabe bad guy. I am having a hard time seeing he is intelligent enough to lure in four kids, and make them disappear with no trace...

Hi all, first time posting, though I've read the forum before. I grew up only 15 minutes away from here, so it has certainly caught my attention. One interesting thing to note....it has been reported CD got in a serious ATV accident earlier this year / last year that may have really changed...
