Why isn't the judge admonishing her to answer yes or no? Or saying to her "get to the point", "lets speed this up". I may be clueless on this and the judge can't say anything. IDK. Seems I've seen plenty of trials where the judge said these exact things.

Oh I agree JA has no problem with Caylee's name. None at all. Mr. Baez on the other hand.....I think as a juror, I would expect to hear Caylee's name from this DT. I hope they figure this out because IMO the way they refer to her is dishearting to say the least.

At least you and I can say her name. Mr. Baez thinks calling Caylee Marie "the child" will some how make the defendant look less guilty. Gosh he infuriates me.
