(unknown what was going on but ever since the guard is on her and she is not allowed to sharpen her own pencils.. could it have something to do with hiding pens in her shampoo? hmmm? JW needs to tread carefully ... But I don't see that happening.
Too many "objection, knowledge" ( over ruled of course) from JW.
I think the jury appreciates Dr DeMarte's professionalism and JW trying to discredit her - will NOT go over well with the jury.

Such a HUGE visible difference in the psych experts that the defense put up on the stand versus Dr DeMarte.
Striking difference.

If they do, they will probably be really asking sincere questions that they want intelligent answers to. I doubt they will ask any sarcastic rude ones, like the previous two 'experts' were given.

While I'm sure Juan will continue to do an excellent job of shredding Jodi's defense & lies via Dr. DeMarte's testimony, it's possible the jury may have questions about specific claims that Jodi made and how they relate to the doctor's findings. I don't see that as a bad thing in this case.

The defence to this case is to the prosecution as night is to day.

I am impressed with this witness.

I must admit though, when the defence team get a chance to question her I'd just love it if she then started giving long winded/rediculous answers and doing her very best not to say yes or no.

When the Defense finally cross-exams this women they will go down in litigating history as legendary fools!

How can anyone successfully butt heads with truth? That is something the DT has no practice in seeing they've bent it for 48 days for a client who has avoided it for 5 nearly years!
