Any guesses on a trial date?

That is a very good book. I read it last fall.

Yes, I believe from her age it was his mom with him. I guess he is back living in his house.

I know he did buy some fruits and vegetables, I should have looked for detergent.

I told my husband it was very unnerving to see him and to think about what he may have done. I also wondered what he was feeling see parents with their little children. He is much taller than I had pictured.

I was just doing my weekly grocery shopping at HT at Crescent Commons and you will never guess who I saw grocery shopping with (my best guess) his mom? Threw me for a loop, I am I sure I forgot a few items that I actually need.

CyberPro Quote: Now, on access to Lifetime. I have not been a member all that long, but you have an ID card. It is a plastic card, similar to a credit card. There is a bar code on the back, and you cannot swipe it in yourself. You hand it to someone behind the counter and they swipe it for you...

I would hope he could figure that out. There is a sign when you walk into the store that says they have video surveillance. It is very hard to miss.

Cisco does not typically offer company cars. And, if they did it would not be an expensive SUV. They are trying to be more of green company. If you drive a hybrid you can park closer to the building.

Deduction-- I believe you are right. The WRAL story leads you to believe there is another SW, but when reading the story in the News & Observer it only speaks of two SW's the one for the house and the one for his office at Cisco.

raisincharlie-- I'm with you on that. The warrants are currently only sealed for 30 days, I think the media should be able to wait. I know a lot of people want to see them, but it would best to let LE fully investigate before anythings gets out.

They have apparently gotten a warrant and seach his office at Cisco. Here is the updated link from WRAL. Sorry if this has already been posted. Just trying to keep up with all the posts. http://www.wral.com/news/local/story/3302342/

Note, this does not confirm what she was wearing when she was found, only that she was last SEEN wearing, which are the same items BC told LE she was wearing. Nothing really new in the flyer. Thanks to raisin for posting the flyer

WRAL has listed some new court filings by BC's attorneys. Updates 3 minutes ago.

That is what I thought, and if the will did exist why had it not been filed yet with the probate court.

Item #4 in Diane Duncan's affidavit states that in BC and NC's wills NC's sisters are designated as custodians of the girls should anything happen to NC. It indicates that BC agreed to this. Assuming the will is valid and this really is in the will would that not bode well for BC?

This is a much more accurate quote of a Cisco salary for someone with a CCIE. This is a good company to work for but I have to laugh at all of the perks people think they get. Yes, the health benefits are good, but no they are not giving out free lunches and company cars. That being said with...

Cisco does not provide lunch, they have a cafeteria where employees can buy lunch. They do, however, still have the free drinks--soda, juice, water. I believe Cisco has cut back on a lot of those perks over the years.
