If the perps called and lured her out, surely that is evidence of pre-meditation? Or is the contention that the had not intended to kill her, just sexually attack her? Unbelievable, those two.
Haven't had time to read the whole report yet, and this probably isn't part of it, but remember when DCF investigator came over and FCA was looking through doors for her paystubs from Universal to prove she worked there? Good times.
Don't care if their names are released or not. Just as long as they crawl back under their rocks and understand the complete contempt that most Americans feel for them. I agree with the restaurateur who took out the ad likening their collective IQ to that of a salad bar. And the subsequent...
Totally agree.
The mom said in the 911 call that the father wasn't answering his cell. Any chance LE can use his pings to trace his activities from the time he took the baby until he showed back up?
I doubt they will see much money flowing into their foundations. Nor will they be much in demand for speaking engagements. The apparent lies they both told on the stand will come back and haunt them financially if not legally.
As for what is in their minds- so hard to predict with them...
Totally agree with you, Cami.
I also believe both women have personality disorders, which are mental health issues that would not qualify as making them unable to stand trial and in and of themselves would not cause them to kill their children, which is why psychiatrists/psychologists working...
The whole DNA argument just boils my blood. I would EXPECT ICA's DNA to be all over Caylee as she should have been her primary caretaker. The only place I would not have expected it was on the duct tape, and due to the exposure to the elements it may well have been....
Those 12 people should...
It baffles me completely that the juror said Casey's body language was 'sincere' and that kind of garbage. Did they not see the sullen pouty face she was making through most of the trial?? Incredible.
Okay. Was just in the jury support thread and have some comments on some of the supposed justification. Someone wrote:

You are ignoring the fact that the defense contested all of these issues with circumstantial evidence of their own:
*touch DNA on duct tape not a match to...
No doubt whatsoever. And still gobsmacked that 12 people found her not guilty. I thought there might at worst be a hung jury but NEVER thought a unanimous not guilty verdict was a possibility.
And that daft alternate saying he didn't believe the body was in the trunk? Cannot wrap my mind...
I dunno... they seem more the blissfully ignorant types. They want to be able to live with their delusions and just start back to where they were before Casey got pregnant....
Speculating that CA is delighted to have this to hold over Casey's head for the rest of their lives.
Why the jury didn't ask HHJP... because they did not give a rat's a$$. They wanted to be done with it and go home. And go to London. And get on a cruise ship. And this was the easiest route.
Did it escape this moron's attention that Caylee's hair was stuck in the duct tape? Or do they believe that it just sort of floated there while Roy Kronk had the remains? Unbelievable.
Well thank heavens that one juror won't have to miss the cruise. Home in plenty of time to pack.
Heard...
Sadly lots of people are just idiots. One of my coworkers that knows I follow this case just came in and asked me if the state was going to go after George for the murder now....
Incredible how long he is taking. OMG...zzzzzzz. I don't think he said anything convincing here. HOpe the jury feels the same way. Can't wait to hear what LDB winds up with. My husband has only followed the trial through me and hasn't watched much, but he, too, is anticipating LDB slam-dunking...
