BBM - Yes based on what I know of HIPPA laws that would be private and there would be no way to find out if she was in fact in a facility. It does make perfect sense, considering we haven't heard from her in some time. That could also be why LE is hesitant to file any kind of charge against her. MOO

MOO would be that perhaps (if PD is in fact working with DHS) he found out that TR was filing for rights and responsibilities. That means that a case worker would probably be visiting soon, or that he would be required to produce the child, and much like Sky's case, an alleged abduction would be...

:gthanks: so much for posting this!! This is what I have been thinking/saying since the beginning. This is what I keep returning to everytime I think about this case. Where was Ayla? When was the last time she was actually seen by someone other than JD??

Deceased/Not Found TX - Candice Shields, 20, pregnant, Graham, 10 Dec 2011 *J. Thornburg guilty*

I find it very odd that JT seems to have moved on very quickly or doesn't seem too concerned about the fact that his girlfriend and future mother of his child is still missing. Something is not right here. He is more interested in the Super Bowl than Candice it seems.

Thank you so much. My mother and I are long time members, I am a long time lurker though. Sky's case hits me so hard because I am a mother of a 19 month old son, and I just can't wrap my head around this case. I truly enjoy being a part of this community. I just wish I had more time/resources to...

I was pretty sure that the Mediation was the 2nd because it was 2 days later, the 4th, when she called trying to back out of it. Then 2 days later of the 6th he was reported missing. Of course, I can't find any documentation of that, but IIRC :)

I know this has been said, but I just want to throw it out there to Seach and Seek again. Thank you so much for all your have done and are doing for this beautiful baby boy. I am so moved by this case and having you here to pass along information is so amazing. So thanks to you again, and tell...

BBM - Those are commonly referred to as Stork Bites or Angel's Kisses. My son has one right between his eyebrows. It gets brighter in color when he is agitated or very active.

Thank you all for clearing up the attic bedroom for me. I guess I got thrown off by the NG transcript that was posted above. Maybe I should read a little more before I jump in. LOL *slinks back off to lurk*

What I don't understand is if it is a one floor home then why does JD state that Ayla was taken from her upstairs bedroom? If they had those babies asleep in an attic with pull down stairs, that infuriates me even more. I'm at work so I can't find the link right now to where JD and LE stated...

If I could 'thank' you for posting this a million times I would. This is exactly what I want to know!! Arrest her already and MAKE HER TALK!! I know it's unconstitutional and all, but I'm thinking bamboo shoots under her perfectly manicured fingernails would make her spill the truth about this...

SC SC - Amir Jennings, 18 mo., Columbia, Nov 2011

If left untreated it can last for months or years. I know personally I have been coping with it since my son was born 19 months ago. It is very mild, but there enough that I notice it, mostly I just get weepy at random times and I don't sleep very well, I'm on hormone therapy to help with it. HTH!

Thank you for sharing your story. I myself have no first hand knowledge of CPS, but I do know that many many children slip through the cracks. IIRC I did notice in TR's statements/transcripts she says that JD mentioned his intent to file for parental rights so she went ahead and filed the...

Thank you! I can't believe how many beautiful amazing children are disappearing right from under their parents noses and they are clamming up. It just doesn't make sense that the childs rights don't factor into this somewhere. These babies are people, they do matter, and they have feelings...

    ME ME - Ayla Reynolds, 20 mnths, Waterville, 17 December 2011 - # 3

I myself do not read too much into this, I see that she was told to stay out of the way, and if it was me I'd be doing anything in my power to bring my son to the attention of the media and to the world, so maybe she felt that it was worth making the trip so that a few more people might hear...

I would love to know that reason as well. It seems strange to say he isn't taking her to an appointment that important, it was with her bone dr about her arm, right? Again, why? Why not take her to the dr? That would be my big question. According to the transcripts the two of them had attended...

I sure hope so. I just keep seeing that he wouldn't let mom see or speak with her, (totally right out of CA case) and Ayla didn't make it to her dr's appts. I just can't help thinking that something happened and this is just a cover up.
