CA CA - Linda Sohus, 28, San Marino, 8 February 1985

Finally found some footage of Sandra (sandy) Boss testifying. She was riveting. This ran on Boston tv. http://boston.cbslocal.com/2013/04/02/ex-wife-of-clark-rockefeller-testifies-in-california-murder-trial/

CA CA - Linda Sohus, 28, San Marino, 8 February 1985

This is one person's impression (that would be AP's wonderful Linda Deutsch) who is committed to fair trials and seeing the prosecution prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt. I think he'll be convicted and that the evidence is clear, once thinking it through, it is a murder in the first...

2011.07.06 HLN News Coverage - Caylee Anthony

The verdict crying was real. She didn't check her hands after either. The only time I saw where she didn't look at her hands (didn't have a kleenex)~ so noticable eta: just saw clip of her on NG at the table after the verdict next to D. She does have akleenex and she doesn't seem to look at as...

    Post-Verdict: What's Next? Predictions?

She's probably not going to change. Plus, it seems to work for her. She'll be like a chameleon.

    Post-Verdict: What's Next? Predictions?

This is what the forensic psychologist (with lots of hi-profile murderer experience) in the family predicts. She says that there are lots of people who only get in big trouble once.

    Post-Verdict: What's Next? Predictions?

Oh dear Lady of the Manor, yes, there are men like that, millions, they are everywhere. With all due respect from LA, California. (We know we'll end up with her.)

    Post-Verdict: What's Next? Predictions?

Now we will see how she plans to help missing children like she said in jail. (Shades of OJ)

What will happen to the Anthonys?

Yes, weird. They are all <unusual>.

    Post-Verdict: What's Next? Predictions?

What's up at Fusion Friday night? By then Casey will have a phone and some new clothes, a car.
  14. X

Where did the prosecution go wrong?

They focussed too much on Casey's lying and partying, and not enough on child endangerment.

What will happen to the Anthonys?

I'll bet the *wedding* is postponed while chaos ensues at the Anthony home. Who in the world would want to be friends with them? Misfits and criminals, their ilk.

Post-Verdict: I am sick and heartbroken

She will never have Bella Vita. She will continue her criminal activities and be back in jail again like OJ. She did it and she knows it. Be interesting to see if she heads home to Hopespring or lands in a nice California condo. Surprise, surprise. Who will be her friend? Misfits and other...

Jury ends deliberations for the day.

Two separate actions. They come back for the guilt phase verdict, then back in to consider and recommend penalty. There is a separate trial/hearing for the penalty with witnesses to weigh mitigating factors etc. That's when we'll hear from Counselor Finnell.

Jury ends deliberations for the day.

Yup. It pretty much keeps the court sked. They could choose a working lunch and to work later though, at least we've seen in other cases, IIRC. Sometimes they quit early :( like in Spector I, there was a big fight with foreman we learned later.
