And still claim they 'have evidence that will prove them innocent'. Now they have plead guilty and been released for time served, they still have never came up with that evidence, but continue to ask or donations.
I haven't kept up on this case and just noticed about the hearing. At this link there is video of the hearing (about 20 minutes).

It's online. Nancy Grace talks to tipsters.

See, there is more to this story. The tipsters are not telling everything to NG, saying it's an ongoing case.
In that little video at your link, it shows the man who was sitting next to JA in court and he has a microphone in his hand and is a reporter not grandfather. Some thought that this was his father.
In my county, they have a little 'free' store of the defendants to use to get together clothing for court. They don't get to keep the clothes, just use them during court. Maybe he did that or not?
I was thinking something else because he didn't find out about Bella until he was already in MA. Who knows what this guy is thinking or what his motive was in coming to MA.
I remember he said something about wanting to be a 'family' again before it was too late. I wonder what he meant? I sort of take it that he may be going somewhere, like prison?
It depends on the state. Some states it's no big deal, others have restrictions. Not sure of MA law on this one. And if he does other things illegally, like drugs, this is no big deal.
BBM
I think that was a reporter. There were many reporters sitting next to him in there. Later the guy was interviewing him along with some of the others.
When MM's attorney was telling the story of MM saying that Bella was in DCF custody, a reporter asked, 'didn't he ever look into the refrigerator'? He had no response. So that right there is a lie. If he was living in the home I am sure he had access to the fridge.
In my state if you are along and you are committing a felony with another and someone gets killed, you can also be charged.
Not sure about MA law though. I think it's a pretty liberal state.
How difficult it must have been for the police escorting them to not just pounce on them right there. I hope they keep a close watch on them for any suicide attempts, although I have thought that would be the best outcome, but I really think they need to be made accountable for their actions...
Video of them coming to court and also the friend saying 'Rachelle, how could you' before hearing.
