My heart just breaks for poor baby Bella. I feel like no one loved her in life. No one even noticed she was gone. Her "father" needs to go away. He never even met her and seems to barely know RB BUT forgives her? How??!! I fear that RB is going to get just a slap on the wrist.

I wish I could just give Bella a hug. She might be smiling in some pictures but her eyes look sad. I can't even imagine what she endured in her short life with that "mother" and whoever her flavor of the week was.

Good suggestion boots, I think many could use one.

So the legal wrangling has begun.

I personally do not see RB or anyone on her behalf coming up with bail. And MM has not even requested it. So I leave this morning's arraignment with that comfort at least. Neither is going anywhere anytime soon.

Me too Tlcya! Always comforting to see you flying over by the way! I always think of Kyron when I see your avatar! Always and forever Kyron!

Also, junkies don't get clean together. Get the frick out of here with THAT load of crap they are trying to sell. You can't work on recovery with a junkie boyfriend. Sorry. Nope. Do not pass go, do not collect any more benefits and just go to jail to rot away already baby killers.

You could clearly see RB mouthing something to Bella's father. Looked like, "what did you say or what's wrong?" Wish I could read lips. The father glared at MM, but seemed to soften his glance at RB. Do we know what the father said to RB?

Biological dad: I left Rachelle shortly after she became pregnant, had met another woman @NECN #BabyBella

Huh, I could have sworn he said he left her because of her lifestyle?

Bio-dad seems to have a somewhat 'me-centered' view of the world?

I am completely devastated by the cruelty that this poor little angel had to endure in her nearly 3 years of life. Shame on the people around her that failed her. Shame on JA for not seeing the importance of being in her life before now, shame on her aunts, uncles, grandparents, neighbors, the state and people who called themselves friends RB and MM for not standing up for this little girl. Too many people have come forward to say that they knew Bella wasn't being treated well but did nothing and left a 2 1/2 year old child to fend for herself in a drug induced chaotic and abusive home...shame on all of them. IMO they are just as responsible for the tragedy that took place.
I don't believe the story that RB is giving. Her attorney said she was getting clean and taking control of her life. That she had a home she didn't want to lose because it held the memories of her daughter...WHAT?!? You mean the place that holds the memory of when your innocent little girl lost her life to a man that you chose to have in yours? How about the memory of the moment she was stuffed into a garbage bag like trash and stuffed into a refrigerator? Or how about the memory of the place where you claim a man who just killed your daughter held you captive for months and forced drugs on you to keep you there...I'm going to have to call BS on that one. Why on earth would you want to hold on the that place? IMO RB was right there with MM. She may not have physically killed her daughter but I believe she willingly covered up the murder and threw that beautiful baby out like yesterday's garbage.
Sorry for the rant everyone...I'm done(for now).

:goodpost: She says she will never see her daughter again. I hope they strap her to a chair and force her to look at the photographs from her daughter's autopsy. Let her see the condition that the poor detectives and law enforcement had to see and the woman who found Bella! Let her see so she will NEVER forget just like the detectives and officers of the law who will never forget this child ~ child of the people because of 2 people who never cared...

That statement makes no sense, how can he have "done everything to make sure Bella was safe" When he had not even met her?

Just got caught up and OMG.. poor Bella!!!!!! I don't care how "unruly" a child is.. YOU DONT EFFING KILL THEM AND STICK THEM IN A FREEZER FOR A MONTH OR TWO THEN DUMP THE BABY IN WATER!!!!!!!! [emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35][emoji35]

For eff's sake.. I'm going to give myself a time out. I just.. No. No no no no no no no.

Can't take Bio dad any more. Where were you when she was ALIVE?? Seems like 15min of fame is all he's after ( and perhaps a lawsuit). He forgives her? She'd never hurt her?? Locking in a closet ( my God, poor sweet girl) wasn't hurting her either I suppose?
Where WERE all these people before this awfulness happened?
Curious about tweet that said Godmother tried to call in July- but tried to call who? Tip line or CPS? Anyone able to find more on that?

Fewtrell last saw Bella March 12. She called the baby doe tip line in July, and then again earlier this month. No reply.

Megan Fewtrell, who said she helped Rachelle Bond parent Bella, is in court with the stuffed duck Bella slept with.

Do we have any inkling of who the lifelong friend of MM was who lived with them a week or two? Or was it a lifelong friend of Rachelle Bond - I'm thinking she didn't have too many lifelong friends. Did he report the treatment of Bella to anyone? :headache:

A lifelong friend helped lead police to the couple now accused in the death of Bella Bond, a prosecutor said in court Monday morning as the little girl’s mother and her boyfriend made their first court appearance in the “Baby Doe” case.

Michael P. McCarthy was ordered held without bail on a murder charge, and the girl’s mother, Rachelle D. Bond, was held on $1 million bail on charges that she was an accessory after the fact to the killing. Both are also accused of improper disposal of a body.

The joint arraignment in Dorchester Municipal Court provided grim new details about the death of Bella. The discovery of her body June 25 on the shore of Deer Island sparking a months-long, international investigation.

I agree about comments regarding bio-dad. While his biological daughter has been murdered, he didn't know her, he didn't bother to see her while she was alive. He's now making excuses for the mother who failed to protect her tiny daughter. I don't know how anyone can do that?

Tipster was lifelong friend of MM and lifelong friend's sister. It would appear he didn't report the treatment to DCF (at least nothing was said of it).

Thank you! Soooo... no bullet proof vest for Rachelle. I misspoke earlier. Apologies! She stepped down off those steps like she was in a beauty pageant or something.... :puke:

How difficult it must have been for the police escorting them to not just pounce on them right there. I hope they keep a close watch on them for any suicide attempts, although I have thought that would be the best outcome, but I really think they need to be made accountable for their actions.

How I wish the friend who stayed with them for 2-weeks would have alerted the police to the abuse then. They were both abusive to that sweet child.

Wow and where did that tip go?

Given what was presented today by the District Attorney, I don't understand the discrepancy in charges.

MM has not admitted to anything, nor did he implicate RB. She is the one doing the talking. Why believe her over him?

I think I heard them say that they tried getting fingerprints from Bella, but her body was decomposing and had slippage.
