IMO - I doubt there is any OMCG's involved in either case. If there was involvement I believe it would be plastered all over the media like every other "bikie/associate" story. <modsnip> They say silence is golden, in these cases the silence is deafening.

Haha no problem ...sorry but yeah it is funny...something I'd do lol I understand the police are still investigating and have yet to make an arrest. It is my belief it was someone she knew. :(

In regards to the 20 year old woman. She was also a Mother. Her death isn't related to Kylies murder. So tragic these children will never know their mothers. :(

The age of consent is 17 in SA. So that could explain the charge. http://www.lawhandbook.sa.gov.au/ch05s02s10.php Does anyone know what exactly the charge is.....Was it stated as rape or a sexual offence? I found an interesting link to the legal definitions of sexual offences...

Yes of course....surely self preservation would kick in. you wouldn't just let (lack of a better word) yourself be attacked?

I've also been trying to find a floor plan.......I think this house could be quite similar except that it has 3 bedrooms instead of 2. All the visible windows on number 5 harriet street seem to match up. http://www.domain.com.au/Property/For-Sale/House/SA/Kapunda/?adid=2008644655

I read that conversation on FB. The accused friend asked are we still catching up? The accused responded with No. When asked why he wasn't responded to. The accused friend then went on to say, now I know why.

Page 36 of the Adelaide now photo gallery states commercial cleaners have been hired to clean up the interior of the house. http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/news/galleries/gallery-e6frecgc-1225949829510?page=36 What a job!

Indeed!....size doesn't necessarily match strength . How many of you are parents that had to restrain a small child for medical attention? They can be darn strong !!

Not necessarily being psychotic and experiencing psychosis are two different things. The night of the murders could of very well been the killers 1st episode and he may or may not experience one again.

I don't mean to be picking.....I would have thought being able to run up and down a basketball court for a whole game would require stamina not strength as such.

I'm not really sure, I think people experiencing psychosis are volatile enough without drugs.

Psychosis of course can just happen without drug use....I guess it's just easy to blame drugs because at least you can get your head around it.
