Pais, I dint know if this was responded to, yet, but I live walking distance from the Nela bridge and although there is a walkway on one side of the bridge, it is very narrow, as is the bridge itself. That is the way I take when I am headed East, going back through the back of my neighborhood...

On the other hand, if I can get my furry kid over there after work tomorrow, it might not be a bad idea to walk that lake area. Also talked to my Dad about driving near that Lake Warren area and he didn't shoot that idea down of walking in that area, so that may be something that I can do...

Pias, My father and sister went walking around that lake to spot a [small] alligator that was in the retention pond on their street. They didn't see anything out of the ordinary and that's something my Dad is very good at; he is a 30+ year Land Surveyor and he is pretty perceptive when it...

Controlling doesn't always even have to be an agressive thing; IMO, I think it can appear as passive... much more manipulative and sneaky. If it starts like that, it's even harder to detect.

I think it's highly unlikely. Anything is possible, but I know the media here listens to the scanners and I think that with the publicity of this case, it would be nearly impossible to keep it quiet. Just my opinion...

That is close to the end of my street; earlier this year, a woman went missing and the official story is that she took her own life. That is where her body was found...

Someone commented on how MP seemed vindictive on the PC episode. While IMO, it didn't paint either one of them in a flattering light, vindictive is DS2 vocalizing on a nationally aired program that MP had cosmetic surgery, further more that she wanted to have it re-done. Really? Completely...

Again, IMO, we don't know what evidence LE has. There was the found truck (prints, dna, hair), the found phone, possible discrepancies between what records/data says and what the suspect says... Also, it took 6 months, but Caylee was found. I remember watching some of our local coverage about...

Been gone since Saturday, but catching up. I've seen a lot of people musing about why LE named a suspect. I am not involved with LE, but I believe it has something to do with the legalities of search warrants for both physical searches and data/records like Epass (toll authority) and phone...

As far as flow direction, I think it's basically nill. It does connect at the North end to Lake Jessamine (everyone that I know pronounces it Jasmine). I am not 100% sure, but I do believe it is pretty stagnant/still water.

Clerk of courts here are stingy. Here is the link to the screen caps that I made. http://s1230.photobucket.com/albums/ee500/MissRhed/ First four are from the Orange County Clerk of Courts.

I agree that the LE should explore all leads, including those not related to DS. But someone that is vindictive enough to (allegedly) have left their sigificant other on the side of the road with no shoes or abandon them 8 hours away (from ABC news) from home, not to mention who has a history of...

Murky doesn't begin to describe the water in that canal. I hope the divers get all their shots and a few weeks of antibiotics after swimming in there.

Sleuther/Land Surveyor...kinda overlaps. Thanks! Just trying to add another angle. I would like to think that if it were me in Michelle's position that someone would be out there, even if they were looking alone. And in different areas than the LE. I know the LE is doing everything possible. I...

Here's where the pictures were taken along the two canals. I could have gotten out and walked, but had my pup with me and no leash. Plus, kinda sketchy about walking like that alone. Protection or not...

Okay, so I drove by the canal site and the Chaucer Road residence. This was about 330pm and the road was not closed, but the underwater recovery truck was there as well as three or four news vans and three other OCS cars. The rope was out into the water, but that is standard for divers by what...
