I'd like to think they will. Being under a microscope for 3 years takes a toll. No one looks good when constantly viewed under a microscope. I was troubled to see George and Cindy not sitting next to each other during CA's yesterday.
Mr. Ashton's motive for his hypothesis about why Casey murdered Caylee (because Caylee was starting to talk now), was ridiculous. His smirks and nose scratching and giggles were unprofessional.Thank goodness for Linda and her professionalism to compensate for Mr. Ashton.
I just saw the video of the duct tape superimposed over Caylee's lower face region. What it looked like to me was the indentations of being wrapped around the top of a bag. I'm wondering if when Kronk tampered with the bag/skull, if the tape was around the top of the bag(s), the weight of it...
I had never heard of these people until this case. I've watched Dr. Drew a few times because I get such a kick out of Mark E. He had me cracking up a few nights ago while he was talking about Roy Kronk being more afraid of peeing his pants than he was of snakes when he went into the woods to...
I snipped this portion of your post. Having lived with someone like this, I can attest to its truthfulness. That person's illness caused two other members of my family to become mentally ill; one of them eventually committed suicide. Living with someone who is mentally ill permeates an entire...
I'm wondering now if parts of Dr. S's testimony were more valid than he was given credit for? I'm basing this on the fact that Roy Kronk has admitted he lifted the skull up with his meter stick.
As one of the "newbies;" A beautiful little girl, born into an evidently extremely dysfunctional family, died under strange and unknown circumstances. The actions/reactions of her family members after her death are even more strange.
After all these weeks, the case still appears...
I had a relative who I see at times reflected in Casey. My relative was (sexually) abused from the age of 5 up until the age of 16 (when the man abusing her was arrested). After the arrest of this man, my relative went absolutely wild: drinking, drugs, orgies, stealing, lying, rage/anger issues...
Not sure where to put this. During George's break down on the stand, it looked like Casey mouthed the word, "Liar." I've tried to find a video clip of it to watch it again in the hope of seeing if I did see that or not.

I don't know yet if this speaks about auopsies on skeletal remains. I'm still reading it myself.
I posted this link on a different thread: http://www.forensicpathologyonline.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=55&Itemid=81
It is copywritten, so cannot be cut/pasted. It begins that for a controversial death, the autopsy be thorough in scope. Section h, #vi speaks...

I can't cut/paste from this article because it is copywritten, but see especially: Section h, #vi (6).
I am appalled this morning by the behavior of the prosecution attornies: rolling their eyes, smirking/laughing behind their hands, shaking their heads and uttering, "Unbelievable!" I expected more class from them.
The last few times I've caught images of George at the trial, he's had his index finger over his lips. How does/would a body language expert interpret this?
@Dragonlady:
What I mean by, "Not everything that gets connected should be connected," is a general statement I'm making, and not necessarily specific to this case. There are times when things that are tied together, or connected, are done so incorrectly.
Also, thanks for the definition of...
(I bolded & italicized the quote I'm responding to.)
Is it the jurors' obligation to connect the dots? Not everything that gets connected should be connected.
I also had a question about what exactly is the definition of "reasonable doubt."
I heard on "In Sessions" this afternoon where they said Dr. G testified that 100% of drowning cases involving children were reported. What she actually said was 100% of the cases involving children who had drowned that CAME THROUGH HER MORGUE were reported.
I didn't catch the trial yesterday, but have been viewing video clips of it. Casey's becoming ill seemed genuine to me. Whether she shows emotion or doesn't show emotion, either way, people are going to distrust her. I've felt that by the end of the trial, she possibly could have a breakdown.
