I don’t see the construction worker looking inside the suitcase as strange at all. Especially if he needed to move the suitcase and felt how heavy it was.
I wonder if Landon had been in Florida when GS was reported missing. I think she was trying to pin this on her. She went thru ALL this effort, keeping him hidden, driving all the way to Florida, just to leave him on the side of the road? She could’ve found a permanent spot, to ensure his body...
Disagree. They are doing their job and protecting their client. They also have a responsibility to inform their client and answer any questions the client might have.
Unfortunately, so many people on SM have hunted down many in TS family and threatened and harassed them even going through her friends groups on FB and leaving horrendous comments on their pages. I’ve seen it myself in groups. So yeah, I can see them trying to keep a distance for their own...
these attorneys did nothing inappropriate. I think that without more info released in the case people are reaching for something to be outraged about. The attorneys were friendly, courteous and businesslike. These attorneys have a working relationship with the judges as they probably deal with...
I mean, she could’ve just taken a sip of water and choked on it. Happens to me all the time. I think it’s unfair to judge someone based on a tiny moment of time you just see on tv, without knowing any facts of the matter.
I agree with this. HH is a 17yo girl who is likely devastated by what’s happening with her mother. We have seen so many cases where murderers families will support their loved one till the very end. They don’t want to believe they would be capable of doing the worst. It’s human nature. And many...
I would venture to say she most likely didn’t have friends in CO. Didn’t they just move there in early 2019 late 2018? Hard age to move to a new state with two school age children, and a husband who travels often.
I am assuming that most of her support system is in S.C. And at this point, TS...
I agree, I see her taking this to trial and not pleading. I don’t think she will help them find the body. But you never know once attorneys get involved, what they might be able to talk her into as far as what they think her best options are. I have a feeling LE knows where the body is, but...
You could be right. What happens if she pleads guilty? What does the sentencing look like?
Edit to add: I was just thinking of Thomas valva case. That case is a slam dunk, and somehow the dad got a high powered firm to represent him. So it happens.
I’m guessing because she has proved before that she can be erratic. With prisoners like that, they need to make sure there is no opportunity for a defendant to do something crazy. Her attorney was sitting very close to her as well, and I’m sure they were ensuring her safety.
I still did not find anything wrong with their demeanor and don’t see how even LH and AS would find issue. They weren’t popping jokes. They were friendly, polite and courteous. They were businesslike and doing their job.
The biggest issue in NY. Is the lack of available testing. Most dr’s and clinic have not been provided with kits and the hospitals are rationing out their testing because they don’t have enough. So people, are being diagnosed as having viruses and sent out into the public without the...
I’ve seen this commented on quite a bit. The court appointed defense attorneys have a working relationship with all the judges in the district. If this was a trial, their behavior would be different. This was a hearing where basically them, the judge and prosecutor were talking about logistics...
