In their late 60's though. I suppose it's possible that someone might make a death-bed 'confession', although I think it's improbable that the person actually responsible for his death is still alive.

Am I correct in thinking that LE believe that Bunch killed her, and the girls she was involved in the altercation with helped dispose of her body? Or do they think that the girls were wholly responsible for this? I really hope she's found soon. This is too long to wait for answers.

I'm thinking that the shoes were fakes. As far as I can tell, they were based on Nike Air Cross "Grapes" which were manufactured beginning in February 1991 - they are really similar, but the detail on the tongue is different. I can't find any Nike shoes which have the detail from the picture...

I really, really appreciate that people are trying to learn something from this, but I still don't think that there's training, advice or a change in procedure that would help. Let's say there's another case like this in the future. A caseworker takes a child/ren to an appointed meeting...
