    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 7th July - Trial Day 15

And if the jury were to consider this possibility they would have to come up with a theory of how she got to Kholo Creek ?!?!?

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 30th June - Trial Day 12, Week 3

Based on his explanation of events. This is a jury that does not have the in depth knowledge we do. GBC does not have to prove anything. All he has to do is cast some doubt on the prosecution's interpretation of the circumstantial evidence. Let's hope the Prosecution can remove that during...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 30th June - Trial Day 12, Week 3

Setting my personal opinion aside, IMO, he is succeeding in creating reasonable doubt. Everything now hinges on the cross examination by the Prosecution. Fingers crossed they go for the kill!

My hope is that with big names being questioned and dragged into this mess, there will be pressure on the perp to confess. These big names don't like people prying into their affairs and their names sullied. IMO the release of this information by the QPS was deliberate. When they are keeping...

So I have been told... I guess when something like this happens.. the dirty laundry is hung out from the roof tops! Unfortunately he seems to have had a few truck loads!! Just IMO.

I have also been told (I am no expert) that with modern day technology it is quite easy for forensic investigators to retrieve what has been deleted from computers.

Yes I do agree that they would want to speak to both parties... but on the flip side if by the time they arrived the domestic was over... (and she wasnt around) they may not have paid too much attention - Really, how many domestics end up in murder? As far as the QPS was concerned the domestic...

I have to agree that it would be difficult to keep a lid on this one. If however what the poster says is true... Maybe the police did attend at 9.00 pm in response to a call from the neighbours that there was something going on... and were told by GBC that everything was under control and that...

I am an ex resident of Brookfield and can vouch for the fact that most men that live in Brookfield are either in top management or owners of their own businesses. The majority are professionals. And, most are homeowners or are in executive rental properties. IMO, they do not fit the profile...

I have been thinking and maybe I am confusing myself or maybe there is merit here? During the Media conference Det. Ainsworth stated that there were no visible signs of foul play. This was only a couple of hours after the body was found and before any autopsy was performed. Various...

I was told that she was attending a property management course/conference on the Wednesday, and that the organizers have already been interviewed by the police. IMO this may have been why she did not attend the school meeting on the 18th. Whether it was this same conference/course that...
