If there is a guilty verdict I think it’s coming back on appeal because this judge has inserted himself into this case. He may as well have sat on the side of the prosecution.

I agree! Also Dani Jo testified that right before she heard the gun shot she heard Diane playing with door locks. Is it possible he was half asleep and the sound of door locks awakened him and or startled him?

This is a very lenient judge at least for the prosecution. I don’t think he has sustained one objection by the defense and after watching many trials, I think some of the objections should have been upheld.

I agree. I believe their suspect has an alibi at this point and that his dna can be explained away somehow. Their pleadings are to that person or persons who can disprove the alibi.

Perhaps they are searching his property and vehicle for evidence that someone else who they suspect was there or had access to his property

Is it possible he assaulted them before reaching the creek and then like some perps make the victim take a shower he made them cross the creek
