I'm 10ish years older than Jodi - is "choking out" common now for someone to say when they've been choked?

Jodi's mom is really yukking it up.

Is it possible that she actually wants her daughter to be executed?

[I'm asking from the perspective of a non-parent of a torture-murderess]

AMEN! THANK you for your reasoning!

I have been thinking the same. As a shooter, I know when I first started training, I did not know how to even load a mag. I didn't know about cocking the gun, having one in the chamber or not, or just how it worked in general.

It's more complicated that just pick up and shoot, Unless it is loaded cocked and doesn't have a safety, like my Glock or safety wasn't engaged. If the gun WASN'T loaded, according to Travis, how did it get that way on June 4th.

They really need to go there!:banghead::banghead::banghead:

how can she claim to be familiar with guns and say she never fired one? does that mean 'i see a gun and i know what it is????'

that makes no f'in' sense at all.

Nurmi is going to ask for a break so he can coach Jodi on these new questions

My question to the WSers.

Are any of you who have been feeling a lack of confidence in a conviction in this trial, feeling better after these last two days?

Ideation. LOL
she claims never to have used "professional help" but then uses the word "ideation" in reference to suicide - she got that from professionals or books. Hope the jury asks if she has read about DV in books etc.

Did they ask what happened to the car mats yet?

Ha! Jodi doesn't get to see these questions before hand...unless Nurmi asks for time to consult.

I'm sure that Jodi thinks she's doing a superlative job of impressing the jury with her extensive vocabulary and analysis of every little event in her life. By now, their eyes have rolled back into their brains as mine have.

The holster? Great question. Where did that go? Police never found it up in the closet. So is she saying she took it with her?

Really? :)

Why are they asking so many questions about the alleged abuse and her getting professional help?
I think they were basically saying that she had been coached into this 'epiphany' of abuse.

Questions was.. why do you keep saying 'now I know, now I realize, etc'

What do you think the purpose of this question was?

Throat slashing... maybe never a knife? Idk but jury is very very observant this comes from just one pic of him shaving & her saying traditional!!

I'm proud these are my peers!
