So it was GZ's dad who said "homie"? Or maybe Joe Oliver? I'm getting confused on who said the word "homie".

This is what Tracy Martin said the police told him:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/natio...h/2012/03/28/gIQA6MKhhS_story.html?tid=pm_pop

According to Tracy Martin, the Sanford, Fla., detective recounted this sequence of events: Trayvon Martin walked up to Zimmerman’s vehicle and asked why he was following him. Zimmerman denied following the youth and rolled up the car window. Minutes after Trayvon walked away, Zimmerman got out of his vehicle.

Then came the second encounter, according to Tracy Martin’s recollection of the detective’s account. Trayvon Martin appeared from behind a building in Zimmerman’s gated community, approached him and demanded, “What’s your problem, homie?”

Irregardless of where Tracy Martin got his information as to where his son died, he wasn't too far off, was he?

Police said Tracy Martin has not access to documents from that night. IOW, he would'nt know how Trayvon was laying,

BBM...So why don't we hear that on the 911 call? Because no words were exchanged. That's an inconsistency that will need to be explained.

That's the whole point. They are reporting what GZ told them Trayvon said.

Actually, we are getting what Tracy Martin says that the police told him what GZ said what Trayvon said.

All I very respectfully asked you in my previous post is where this information came from as to the police denying telling Tracy Martin where his son died.

I've never seen this anywhere and would appreciate a link to where I could. TIA

I would believe that GZ said "I got you" after shooting Tray before I I would believe that this child said "you got me" after being shot, jmo

Sounds like a bad cowboy movie only thing is that it's real life. After being shot there was nothing said. All we heard was silence after the gunshots. There was a female FBI forensic expert (I can't remember her name but she's well known) on Piers this evening and she stated that the Sanford PD did not realize how big this case would have gotten. This is what will be the Martin's saving grace. The 911 calls and videos cannot be refuted. Whether you are on Team Zimmerman's side or the Martin's side you cannot refute that there is a child screaming on top of his lungs for help. How is that self defense? How is it justified? GZ did not think that the murder would have been captured on tape. Did you see his composure at the police station after having killed someone. He's a hero in his mind? He did not let this ******* get away this time. Little did he know what mess he had stepped on by playing vigilante.

You don't know that's what happened. I'm sure Trayvon would tell a different story if he were alive.

Ita..

IMO, his story would go something like this:
I was walking home from the store when I noticed this man following me in his car. I was on the phone with my gf but it wasn't until I saw the man get out of his car to follow me that I became scared. I was so scared that I asked my girlfriend if I should run. I was scared to death. I kept looking back and this man was still following me... so I started to run to get away from him. I thought I had lost him but then he appeared out of nowhere and ran up on me. He lunged at me and I didn't know what to do so I asked him what was his problem. He had his gun out and I thought he was going to kill me so I fought back. I just wanted to get back to the house. I screamed for help but no one came to help. Then he shot me. What did I do wrong?

All moo

BBM...GZ has no right to pick and choose who to stalk and kill. But he did.

He's been right about suspicious individuals, but he's also been wrong. DEAD wrong.

I'll say it again...there was no problem until GZ went looking for one.

I just don't understand how people here can defend GZ. We know for a fact that TM went to the store to get skittles and a drink. Why are people arguing that maybe TZ went looking for a fight or maybe he was looking to burglarize a home? This is not even a debatable issue. He went to the store!!! When you go to the store do you end up robbing someone's home or starting a fight? No, you go to the store and then you come home. That's what he was doing. Why didn't he make it home? Because a stalker, predator, paranoid, cop wanna-be shot him down. End of story.

Helpless children.

Soooo Trayvon wasn't helpless? Really?

He was in an unfamiliar area with a bag of skittles and a drink. He had no weapons that we know of. He was being followed by a man with a gun. What do you consider helpless? Clearly the victim is being blamed for his own death. That's insulting. It's like saying " that.s what this child deserved " WOW.

Just moo

CORNWELL: Well, you know, I'd like to think it's never too late, they may get something just from the location and -- but there can't be anything left there now. This was back in February and it was raining that night, too, which makes it difficult. Unfortunately.

You know what happens, Piers, is that when these kinds of terrible things occur, the police don't know how big it's going to be. They didn't realize that the whole world was going to be watching this case when they went out there that rainy night.

MORGAN: How significant is this enhancement here? Let's have a look at this. Because this was a video that did the rounds a few days ago. We all jumped on this and said, well, look, the guy is barely showing any signs of injury. He must be inventing his story. When you look at the enhanced video which ABC had done, you can apparently see, I mean, we have to use these qualifying phrases,. Red marks all over Zimmerman's top of his head.

Now if that is genuine and they were inflicted by Trayvon Martin, how does that change the case you?

CORNWELL: Well, you don't know still. Was that a defensive attack because someone else had been -- Trayvon had been hit first? We don't know. But by the way, you -- some -- I hope they photographed those injuries because the medical expert needs to look at those to say, how do you know they're not self-inflicted? How do you know that somebody didn't want to try to make it look like they've been attacked and sort of waiting for the police and there's a dead body on the ground?

I answered earlier.

I answered earlier.
I mean this with all respect how can people not see Trayvon as a victim who was indeed helpless IMO against a man who is overly suspicious for no good reason IMO and has a gun?
This just breaks my heart and made me cry

A CHILD was followed, gunned down and now they want us to believe this child was the aggressor. Nope....not buying it. Common sense tells me otherwise. Jmo

Saw that one earlier, but it and all the officers have addresses in Orlando, so I don't think it's the same one.

That is definitely the correct legal name. Here is the revised HOA's agreement, but it lists Tousa Homes Inc. as the active party: http://officialrecords.seminolecler...c_id=3847131&file_num=2005120468&doc_status=V

I wonder if Tousa Homes Inc hired Leland Management Inc. to manage the HOA? It does not look as though the HOA was ever turned over to the property owners, but I'm not reading all 66 pages of that HOA agreement!

Tousa Homes Inc.
4000 HOLLYWOOD BLVD.
STE.400N
HOLLYWOOD FL 33021

There are a number of variations on that business name, some active, some inactive:
TOUSA HOMES, INC. F95348 ACT
TOUSA HOMES, L.P. B05000000017 INACT
TOUSA HOMES FLORIDA, L.P. B06000000348 ACT
TOUSA REALTY, INC. F06000001575 INACT
TOUSA SHARED SERVICES, LLC L03000002541 INACT/MG
TOUSA VENTURES, LLC L03000010641 INACT/MG

All are at the same address, though some are in a different office suite.

Registered agents are:
CT CORPORATION SYSTEM
C/O CT CORPORATION SYSTEM
1200 SOUTH PINE ISLAND RD.
PLANTATION FL 33324 US

Officers are
KEEVER, SORANA

For the Tousa Realty, Inc - GEORGESCU, SORANA until 02/12/2012 when as Sorana Keever they withdrew as an officer.

This is how big developments are done in Florida - corporations buy up land, pay another company to design the development, another one to build it, then yet another to handle selling and managing the individual units. Multiple layers of corporations insulate the actual people from liability and taxes.

Don't cry. This child was a victim...clearly. and IMO those that don't believe that are not looking at the circumstances but the color of his skin...whether they want to admit it or not
