I have issues with that photo, but that is another post. At what point do we stop and look at the fact that a 17 year old lost his life? I do not want anyone dead so that I might not lose some material possessions. Even IF TM was a ** he still had years ahead to grow up and do awesome things.

YES!!! It was very much on purpose, it was done to set the press "hounds" loose on the girl to scare and intimidate her before she has a chance to testify. That IS disgusting and beyond unethical to endanger a minor ON PURPOSE!

17 year olds can pose threats to a person's life. They can instigate situations that require self-defense. It's not a good thing that he was killed, but that fact alone does not mean Zimmerman must be punished - until it's proven he was not acting in self defense imo.

THERE is "absolutely" no evidence that that is GZ in the picture, that it was taken that night, or that it has not been altered. That photo means NOTHING as it is not EVIDENCE of anything.
